전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Levante Rathaus Apartments

오전8시부터18시까지 리셉션열고 나머지는 문을 닫아요 만약 문이 닫혀있으면 인터폰을 누르면 직원응답이 나오면 예약번호 말하면 비번알려주고 룸키를 가져가게 합니다 전반적으로 만족하고 혹시 렌트하시는분들은 밑에 공원지하주차장에 주차하시면 됩니다. 나올때 주차정산하면 되구요 세탁시설은 없어요

Good location for visits to the hospital (AKH). Room is out of date. Lighting of the room is poor.

the facility of hotel was really cool. everything was cool, and especially cozy bed was really nice. but just one weak point is - location. There are no subway near the apartments, and also difficult to go to the center

Over all I give 4.5 more points to here. The most impressive experience here was the reception's great service. I visited for Honeymoon end after traveling around East Europe. And when going back to my home, I couldn't even get any wrong for the transportation path there by having all detailed helps from reception. As general apartment, it has cozy circumstance and simple kitchen and quiet street back there.

시청에서 가깝고 대학교가 가까움. 대학교 내에 공원과 식당중 하나가 좋았음. 호텔이 가격이 조금 높은 편. 냉장고 얼음이 꽉차서 제대로 작동하지 않고 식기세척기역시 고장나서 고치고... 선택의 여지가 없어서 2주정도 머물렀고 청소는 잘해주고 서비스는 괜찮으나 이케아 가구에 내부 기기가 엉망이었음.

큰도로와 한블럭 떨어진 곳에 위치하여 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 근처에 체인슈퍼마켓 "BILLA"가 있어 장보기도 편리합니다. 아파트먼트 주변에 주요 관광지로가는 트램이있어 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.

AMAZING and friendly staff and good rooms. My room was quite hot, the temperature could not be adjusted but I simply opened the window, not a problem at all. Great place to stay and great value.

Un hotel cómodo y bien comunicado a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Limpio, con cocina y en perfecto estado. Personal muy amable. Patio central y café gratuito para tomar por la mañana.

Appartement tres propre et confortable. Bien situe dans Vienne. A ameliorer : Rideaux insuffisamment opaques pour éliminer la lumiere exterieure

Excellent assistance from the after-hours telephone service. We speak English only, and were impressed with the communication skills. We had made the reservation late, after office hours, and were further delayed by train disruptions so did not arrive until 11pm. Good location for us exploring Vienna on foot as well as attending concert. Very comfortable room true to the on-line descriptions.

Immer wieder gern, gute Lage, geräumige und schicke Apartments. Für uns perfekt. Dass andere Gäste immer mal wieder nachts im Innenhof lärmen, ist wohl dem Umstand geschuldet, dass die Rezeption seit Corona nachts nicht besetzt ist. Vielleicht hatten wir da aber auch nur Pech...

the location is great. Checkin is great. They offer coffee in the lobby and have a nice courtyard in which to enjoy is. It was really hot and we asked for a fan. They said they would bring one, but forgot. We spent a pretty miserable night, but got one the next day.
