전 아주 만족스러웠어요. 역 근처라서 무섭긴 했지만, 아무 일도 안 일어났습니다. 방도 깨끗하고, 주인 아저씨도 친절하고, 호텔에서 음료 구매 가능하고, 캐리어 맡기는 것도 가능했습니다. 짐도 옮겨주셨고요. 와이파이 빵빵 합니다.

가리발디 역 근처였구요. 누군가는 가리발디역 근처가 위험하다고 하던데 저는 전혀 그런걸 느끼지 못했어요. 찾기는 정말 쉽구요. 구글맵으로도 바로 찾을수있고 역앞이라 정말 괜찮아요. 직원분들도 정말 친절하셔서 숙박하는 동안 정말 좋았구요^^ 만약에 나폴리를 또 가게된다면 다시 찾을거같아요. 가격대비 정말 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 끝쪽방은 와이파이가 잘 안터지더라구요. 그거하나는 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 컴퓨터 무료로 이용할수도있고 호텔조식도 저는 커피가 정말 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ

화장실 벽 타일이 깨져있고 온수가 일정하게 나오지 않고 냉온수가 막 섞여서 나옴. 청소하시는 분이 목소리가 안나오시는지 마이프레셔스 외치는 영화의 주인공과 비슷한 목소리를 내셔서 무서움. 호텔 프론트가 3층에 있고 엘레베이터가 후져서 20kg짜리 케리어 끌고 걸어올라가느라 팔 빠질뻔..(본인은 남자). 그리고 건물의 키는 방밖에 안주는데 층마다 보안이 되어있으며 이 문은 옆에 벨을 눌러서 3층에서 원격으로 열어주는데 잘 안 열어줘서 3층 가야함. 방을 큰방으로바꿔주길래 좋아했는데 상태보고 실망. 아침 먹을때 분명 뷔페형식인데 많이 먹으면 눈치줌. 식당에 테이블이 3개밖에 없음. 늦게가면 기다려야함. 주변환경이 좀 무서움. 밤에 다니긴 자제하길. 여성분들 숙박은 절대비추.

Clean room. Good location.

Hotel is located very close to the main Naples terminal with a lot of eating options close by. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained with one shared bathroom. The only issue I had was that there didn't seem to be quiet hours and the walls are very thin. If anyone is using the shared space at 1am like on my trip it does affect sleep.

Good Wi-Fi, clean room but very small, and bathroom and toilet shared with other guests in the hotel, not appropriate, no TV in the room, could get better accommodation for same price. 1st night was disturbed and couldn’t get back to sleep- very noisy and the guy at the reception had an altercation with someone and was shouting, disturbing guests’ sleep which was appalling. Staff were very unfriendly, no smile at all. They should learn to be welcoming to guests!

Everything was in order clean and well kept.

La primera habitacion que me dieron no tenia ventana y tenia un fuerte olor a humedad, el señor de la recepcion me dijo que esa era la habitacion que yo habia escojido y yo le dije que esa era la habitacion que ellos me ha9bian asignado, al siguiente dia por 20 euros extra me dieron otra habitacion con un balcon al patio central del edificio, el elevador no paraba en el primer piso, cosa que fue incomodo pues tengo casi 70 años y una protesis en un pierna y teniacque subir y bajar por las escaleras.

Got upgraded from a single room to a double room with private bathroom, so my review is on a double room.

Staff is helpful and nice. Shower is bad and room is cold.

The building is old, but the hotel level is renovated and very clean. We stayed there 2 separate times and would do so again.

Excellent hotel with great front desk service. Room and hotel are clean. It is centrally located in Naples with transportation and shops nearby in a more or less immigrant neighborhood

Buen precio, zona tradicional y local, recepcionistas amables, muy atentos y con recomendaciones, la habitación siempre la limpiaron muy bien, no se dejen llevar por los alrededores o las reseñas malas, Napoli es una ciudad que parece mala pero en realidad es muy calida, si eres de Latinoamérica cualquier lugar te parecerá más inseguro, para nosotros fue un paseo por el cielo

Bonjour j ai pris qq jours avant de faire ce commentaire car j ai ete tres decue de cet hotel.la chambre ete situé à côté de l accueil donc bp de bruit jour et nuit dont le telephone la sonnette d entree ou les personnes qui echangaient avec le receptioniste.ce dernier a été très irrespecteux et nous a engueulé car on voulait prendre une douche.en effet la douche été sur le palier et à partager avec l accueil et une autre chambre.niveau hygiène et intimité c est moyen.de plus la douche été bouché donc le receptioniste nous a engueulé car il allait devoir nettoyer l eau qui deborde.je rappelle qu'il fait très chaud en ce moment et que bien évidemment nous avions besoin d une douche .donc je ́ne recommande pas cet hotel qui est très buyant (la premiere nuit nous n avons pas dormi)vetuste dans son ensemble (clim pas entretenue ou encore lit d appoint pour dormir) et surtt le comportement du receptioniste .expedia merci de mieu choisir les personnes avec qui vous travaillez car cela affecte votre image.

L'hôtel se trouve sur 2 étages. L' accueil se trouve au 2ème étage. Le cage d'escalier est très sale et donne une impression d'immeuble abandonné.

空港からもナポリ駅からもほど近いホテルです。夜22時にナポリに着き、水を買えるところを探したらフロントで買えて助かりました。 翌朝はポンペイの遺跡観光だったので、交通の便が良いところで選びましたが、正解でした。 近くのパン屋さんが朝早くからやっていたので、焼きたてパンを買うことができました。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in vista del concerto di Geolier. Molto veloci con il check-in anche perché avevo anticipato le procedure tramite sito-online. Il signore è stato molto gentile nel lasciarci le chiavi del portone principale in quanto avevo avvisato che avremmo tardato nel rientro. È stato molto premuroso.
