this is a place suited for people who does not require hot water shower in winter. turn on the tap for almost an hour. when reception is informed, they’ll tell u electrician is sleeping. take a shower tomorrow morning but hot water never come. i’ll never come back even if it is free, pay to get tortured.

This hotel is highly suitable for guest who does not need hot water shower or heater in winter. Especially suitable for even-tempered guest who does not mind room downgrade peppered with incessant untruths.

Seems the best place in Lumbini but it wasn't a good arrival. Guy on reception was miserable. Rest of staff seemed OK but a bit disinterested.

The place is clean and well maintained but the housekeeping staffs. Great location and walking didtant to birth place of Buddha.

Hotel reception did not have Orbitz reservation info so check-in was long wait. Fortunately I had print so after long wait they checked us in. Hotel room was terrible, toilet leaking and did not fix it. We left one day before scheduled out. It was terrible experience.

Our original plans outsidr Lumbini were thwarted and Hotels.com kindly changed us to this Perfect location right beside Buddha’s birthplace. The restaurant and staff were a highlight, the lodgings lovely and the surroundings delightful. Highly recommended!

Overall this was a good hotel to stay in. The room and bed were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffeee making facilities in room were very welcome. A bonus was having an evening swim in the pool. The restaurant was quite noisy with a number of tour parties. We had an early start in the morning and we’re given packed breakfasts. As independent travellers it would be great if the hotel had a few bikes for hire. Overall this was a welcome and relaxing stay

Extremely bad hotel... the reception staff and restaurant staff was courteous but the property is kept so poorly .... there is no housekeeping ... bathrooms are super dirty and no intent to do it

The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. The room was nice and the swimming pool and gardens lovely.

Staff was very helpful with our needs including arranging for cycle rentals and driver

We stayed during the summer when the hotel had almost no other guess and therefore the dining room did not carry several (or more) dishes. The kitchen staff did go out of its way to fix several local dishes for us on the night a tour group arrived. The front desk was helpful but had limited English abilities. The air conditioning worked well but both rooms we had required help from staff with the A/C.

Please stay away We were given a poor room .. not the one we booked. Nobody offered to carry luggage ! No waiters available they said. Guy at reception went off to bed!!! No dinner was served. No A/C Breakfast wasn't up to the mark at all with just 1 item served.. as they didn't have any customers. A dogs poop was lying outside the room entrance which was never cleaned!! Terrible hotel Please stay away!!! They charged us 11,000 per night for this misery!

La comida es buena y el personal amable. No es un hotel nuevo pero es limpio y cómodo, creo que de los mejores del lugar.

Room was comfortable, very week cleaned and staff were very responsive to concerns. However, wi fi was only accessible from the lobby (had to pay extra for room wi fi). In addition, the hot water only got turned on later in the morning and only after we pointed it out to staff. The tv was also out for the whole hotel, and there were several power outages over the night.

Hotel calme dans un environnement paisible, relativement proche du site de LUMBINI. Bon accueil et service de navette aéroport ponctuel et fiable.Possibilité de réserver une voiture avec chauffeur pour visiter les monastères( relativement éloignés les uns des autres).Prendre les "super deluxe" en chambres, même si celles ci sont relativement très équipée (manque un réfrigérateur avec boissons et une machine café-thé qui fonctionne!.Calme pour un bon repos.

Hospitality was strangely lacking, for a relatively beautiful hotel. Wait staff in restaurant was very nice and helpful but didn't make up for incompetent and rude front desk. I would not recommend this hotel. It is also not so convenient to main gate of Lumbini. Also, if you want snack set them before hand as there are no stores nearby.

We're quite happy to stay here again for our next visit to lumbini .
