여행이 오래되니 하루는 아무것도 하기도 싫고 그냥 쉬고싶었는데, 3끼를 주니 안나가고 밥만 먹고 쉴 수 있었다. 렌트카 반납하는날 체크인 할거라면 무조건 짐을 놓고 반납하고 와야함..!! 왜냐하면 유니렌트에서 이 숙소까지 가는길이 오르막도 있고 걸어가기 힘듦.. (길에 택시가 안보였고 부르는 방법을 몰라 걸어갔는데 중간에 후회 많이함) 체크인을 해준 사람은 매우 성의없고 불친절했다. (세명이 갔는데 세명의 주소가 다 동일했는데 하나하나 다쓰게함. ㅋ 호텔 시설에 대해 물어보는데 계속 전화하며 중간중간 안듣고 기다리게함. 방 위치도 알아서 찾아가라고함.ㅋ) 다른직원에게 물을 사고 싶어서 마트 어딧냐 물어보니 호텔 안 카페 알려주고 마트 위치도 안 알려줌. (카페에 가니 작은 사이즈 물 한화로 약 4000원 달라고함.) 이런 불친절이 계속되니 인종차별하는건가 싶었다.ㅋ 방은 생각보다 너무 작아서 놀랬다 ㅠ. 전기코드가 안되는게 많고 적어서 불편했다. 뷰도 생각한 뷰가 아니었다.

시설, 음식은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 우리에게 아무런 이야기, 설명없이 장애인용 방을 배정하였고, 항의하자 방을 바꿔주었습니다. 미리 이야기하지 않았던 점이 좋지않았습니다.

두브로브니크 비싼 물가 대비 가격도 괜찮고 3식이 훌륭한 부페로 제공됩니다. 가족, 부모님과 가기 참 좋을듯합니다.

미니바가없어서 음료를 쉬원하게 먹지못했으며 숙소가 산쪽에 있어 많이 걸어내려가야되는 불편함 이동의 불편함등이 있었습니다 나머지는 그냥 소소

It was perfect staying for the family. A bit far from old town but we had a car. Nice service of the staffs and the food was well prepared.

유럽 여행기간동안 제일 비싼 곳이긴했지만 가격대비 가장 좋은 곳이었습니다~! 너무 친절한 직원들과 호텔 서비스가 완젼~!!!! 만족이었어요~위치도 올드시티와 그리 멀지않고 바로앞 해변도 정말 좋았습니다. 서비스와 시설로 비교하자면 비싸지 않았던거 같아요~ 다음번에 두브로 브니크 여행계획이 있거나 주변에 계획있는사람들께 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다

Room size was ok. Food was also ok. Pool was great. Massage is highly recommended. Highlight was the children club which was one of the best I have ever seen

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the food was good, the weather was perfect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you have children this place is ideal, but if not keep in mind that the pool and restaurant can get loud with all the kids around. I liked that there is a public beach and a few shops and restaurants in close walking distance if a change of scenery from the resort is desired. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come again!

Hotel bien placé mais ! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes. Le lit pour la 3ème personne était en fait une banquette avec une barre au milieu du dos Nous avons demandé un changement on nous a donné un lit avec une planche de bois pour sommier et un matelas identique au premier. Les draps étaient déchirés et troués ! Inadmissible ! Sinon le buffet était bien mais la salle de restauration très bruyante. Parking 40 euros pour 5 nuits Belle piscine mais non chauffée eau à 15 degrés

Accueil 24h/24. Personnel serviable pour répondre aux questions, commander un taxi etc... Espace bar lounge agréable ouvert jusqu'à 23h. Chambre au calme et propre.

Flott beliggenhet, fantastiske ansatte og masse moro for barn. God mat, rent og pent. Eneste negative var ekstreme priser i bassengbaren.

Das Niveau könnte mit wenigen Maßnahmen gesteigert werden. Abendessen nicht gut.

We enjoyed our stay. The food is really good quality and the staff in the dining team work hard to ensure the area is kept clean. The pool area and bar were very nice. The room we stayed in whilst functional could do with some modernising and a refresh.

Dubrovnik is probably one of the most expensive place in Croatia. Parking near the city is outrageous. I wanted stay in roomier place. This hotel has Breakfast and Dinner included with inexpensive parking. We took Uber to the old town Dubrovnik (only $10) much cheaper and easier than finding parking there. Our room had nice balcony facing the ocean, and much roomier than other places that we been staying so it was nice.
