Very nice and relaxing.

We enjoy staying there.

that the water park was not open friday but when it opened on saturday the water was very cold and I seen many unhappy guest that had brought their kids to swim and not being able to. We were there for our grandsons birthday and every one has to take time off a head of time so it was a very disappointing visit.

Always enjoy coming here the breakfast is one of the best

The pool area was not supervised very well. There was alot of “horse play” that interfered with others. Also, they is no rule apparently for quiet time after 10pm. Children got woke up, not good. The hotel people were all very friendly tho and the rooms were clean

Friendly and helpful staff! We really liked our room/king suite with living room space, kids pleasantly surprised it had a PS4 with games! Liked the lobby, common areas clean and nice decor. The waterpark area a bit on the outdated side with some rust in areas... Loved the large connected indoor/outdoor hot tub, although could have been hotter. Slides fun, Kids had a blast!

We got there and the lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. They didn't know which rooms were clean. We weren't able to go into our room for 30 minutes after check in. The picture online of our room that we booked off of showed a jetted tub. It had a regular tub. The room itself was nice. We could hear the people in the neighboring room speaking and when the baby started crying, it was quite loud. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good although the waffle maker was broken the second morning. There's a handy little gift shop with snacks in the lobby. The decor was interesting and pretty.

Very nice place with everything right there...restaurant, bar, waterslide, and hot tub. My friend and I usually pick a place to meet halfway from our homes and this was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

We find this lodging to be very convenient and in a nice price range.

The staff was so nice and helpful! One of their hot water heaters was not working and they got it fixed almost immediately! Would definitely stay again!

We were disappointed that water park was only open 4-9pm. Yes it is winter hours, but not advertised as that!

Very comfortable. No tea available at breakfast.

I was charged an extra $15 for my daughter after I put in the amount of people I was going to have it said I didn’t and I had to pay extra. Also shutting everything down at 9 PM is ridiculous. They should keep it open for adults only until 11 or midnight.

Nice hotel find for us. All the staff was great. Cute furnishings, just a little bit of wear and tear. Really enjoyed the restaurant being attached and although we went as a couple, if you had kids the waterpark would be nice.

The stay was nice. The rooms need a little tlc. Bathroom grout was missing on floor tiles and they shifted a bit. Table lamp didn’t work. Waterpark was nice but a little cold. And added fees for requesting conjoined rooms. Staff was very friendly and overall good stay. But for the cost the bathroom could use some work.

The only positive was that the check in staff was friendly. Mold in our first room (rm 110). We were moved to another room that was musty but no visible mold. The ceiling in the bathroom had obvious water stains and was crumbling (rm 120) so I’m sure there was hidden mold there. We were told breakfast stopped at 10. We arrived at 8:45 and they were already taking it apart. The staff member there told us it actually stops at 9AM. She let us take plates to our room from what was packed up but everything was cold and gross. Water park was dirty and broken down. The life guard let a group of his friends in who were repeatedly leaving the side doors open to go out and smoke. Arcade was supposed to be open but it wasn’t. Beds were awful, uncomfortable and the protective covers made so much noise that any time someone moves it woke everyone up. We won’t be back. There are two better water parks in town so I would strongly recommend choosing those over this run down dump.

Staff were pleasant and professional in their jobs.

The good : housekeepers did a wonderful job on our room. It was so clean! The arcade was fun for my daughter. The waterpark was ok. The water was cold, but maybe that was normal. The not so good : the breakfast was ok, nothing special. Not a ton of choices. We got there at 3:55 pm to check in since check in is at 4, but didnt get into our room until 515. I work in a hotel so i get that rooms arent always ready on time. We were ok to wait. Meg, who checked us in was wonderful and gave us free pizza and drinks for the wait. My worst part of the experience was the other check in lady named Jenny. She does not know how to speak to guests very pleasantly. She comes across as snotty and belittling. Would possibly stay again.

Great trip. Hotel was busy. Staff did well and kept up with the craziness!!!
