It was my first Time staying at this property and let me tell you.this property is so beautiful and gorgeous... I had a beach front room and I could literally walk to the water for my room.. it was amazing.. I would like to give a huge shout out to Adi from Nuku Restaurant and Seru from the Spa. Their service was exceptional. Adi really made me feel like I was in paradise. Such a beautiful person in and out. Give that woman a raise. She knows how to treat guests with great service so they will always come back for more. Also huge shout out to the chefs at Nuku who brought me papayas when they ran out at the buffet for breakfast... Shout out to Pritika, Mere, Joe, Mesaki, RaRai and everyone one else for their great service. The Bula Bus drivers were so good..just loved the kind hospitality and all the Bulas from everyone made us feel amazing. Hilton customer service is on a different level folks..please do try. I just got back to the States and let me tell you I'm already planning a trip for the Hilton in October.. That's how wonderful their service was...please if you're planning a stay at denarau definitely check out Hilton you won't be disappointed. Vinaka Vaka Levu Hilton ☺️👍✌️🙏🌴🌴

I stayed for two nights before heading off to Fiji islands. Generally everyone was friendly apart from one of the excursion ladies who wasn’t very helpful and frankly rude. A bit of a way to walk from my room to reception and there were builders working near my room early morning, leaving a burnt dusty smell in the dry weather. Thank God it rained the second day. It felt like a 'taste of Fiji'. Instead of just being a lovely resort that could really belong anywhere, it felt very Fijian. The flowers in your room, put there by housekeeping, the towel animals on the bed, the big booming 'Bula' everytime you arrived in foyer, the fire dancers, the happy friendly staff that loved and served people all made that Fijian feel seem real. The deli has the best coffee in that whole area. (Believe me, I tried many and was very disappointed with most!) The gulf buggies moving through the resort constantly made it so much easier to get around, especially on the very wet afternoons. It was a great place to holiday!

Bula! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Denarau Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm Fijian hospitality was evident. The staff greeted me with big smiles, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a picturesque beachfront. My room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a private balcony with a view of the ocean. Dining options were plentiful, with multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The beachside bar was perfect for unwinding with a cocktail while watching the sunset. The amenities at Hilton Denarau are impressive. The pools are inviting, and I loved lounging by the poolside with the cocktail menu in hand :)

Spacious modern rooms with friendly staff and good facilities. 4 dining options but the meals were quite expensive and even had to pay for water at the restaurants. We opted for the breakfast with our room and it was worth it, good large varity of food and not just a continental breakfast we expected. Pools were nice and we enjoyed swimming late in the evenings as it was still warm. Bula bus to other resorts and marina was handy to experience other places. Wifi not included but there is free wifi at certain spots in the resort such as restaurants so you can at least use it temporarily if you dont want to pay the daily fee. If you book through a third party you cant get the reservation added to hilton honors so you get no benefits such as wifi or earn points. Overall a lovely stay but quite pricey if you dine at the resort every day

Had some issues checking in and getting the rooms we actually booked for and when I did get a room even though it wasn’t what I asked for the aircon was broken, which you can’t have in the hottest place ever. Once I complained twice my dad went and spoke to them and I got moved into a much better and bigger room. The hotel itself of gorgeous and the staff are incredible! Sooo many places to eat at the resort and so much to do and enjoy! The food is sooo good and the breakfast is massive and such good times to eat between! Pool side service is incredible

I was offered a better rate on tirago However when i checked out i was shocked at the price it was more than double I felt tirago scammed me advertising one price an charging another I will never use there website again Hilton should be aware too

Staff are wonderful but the resort itself is quite run down especially when you think of the standard that a Hilton hotel should be at

Wonderful warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to spoil us for 10th Wedding Anniversary. The Hilton has a wonderful vibe with spacious grounds, beautiful gardens, pools, restaurants and facilities. Thanks again for everything.

Chose the hilton because of the hilton name. Paid extra for beachfront room turns out there're all beach front didn't need to spend the extra. 4 days in the air-conditioning stop working rang reception. No response next day went to duty manger moved rooms to an apartment then that flooded. Not a lot of maintenance going on would never stay in a hilton again. Disappointing

Allocated room was not fit for occupation, however they provided altenate rooms. This proved to be perfect and the management & staff bent backwards to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Will vist again.

Everything is excellent ! We need to change the room due to some electrical problem, AC was not working and no hot water ! Otherwise all is well !
