Comfortable at the cannel

기차역에서 가깝고 조용하고 전망이 좋습니다. 아베이루가 작은 도시여서 중심가까지 걸어서 15분면 갈 수 있습니다. 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 호텔 수건이 많이 낡았고, 가구나 카펫에 먼지가 많았습니다. 조금 더 청결에 신경써 주시면 좋겠습니다.

아침 식사가 좀 미흡하다는 아쉬움 이외엔, 위치도 좋고, 시설도 괜찮고, 가격대비 훌륭했습니다.

Nice staff. Good spa. But to enter the pool you need a head cap….which the hotel sells…

Had to cancel our prepaid reservation because our tour was rescheduled to a later date. They refused to change the date for our stay, and would not refund any of the rate and this was more than 60 days in advance. Will not ever stay there.

It is lack of enough staff. First night, suddenly we wake up at 3 am with a tribble noise due to strong wind causing the window to be open. We could not closed it and lot of rain was entering into our room affecting our stuffs. Went down to reception, he offer to change our room but there no one to help us to get our stuff to move the the new room. I asked for a bottle of water, no room service was available after midnight and also no any water bottle was available to be taken to our room. Receptionist offered to go to the spa and take some water in a cup from a machine. I’ve been to Malia in many places around and I was expecting surely much Aveiro deserve much better hotel service.

La estancia ha ido bien pero aunque los dias previos a la reserva se me confirmó que había obras en el spa, tras preguntar un par de veces la fecha de finalización, se me confirmó que terminaban el 12 de octubre, por lo que no afectaría a nuestra estancia (14 de octubre) y finalmente no fue así, porque al llegar, las obras seguían y no pudimos hacer uso del spa ni gym Punto bastante negativo por no informar adecuadamente

Ich hatte ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.
