Beautiful hotel. Great service. Very spacious room. Great facilities. Recommend a visit to the spa.

The beds and pillows are horrible! The pool was full of screaming kids. I would never put this hitel as a five star, Mabye two.

Elegant och rofyllt hotell på ett fantastiskt läge bland bergen.

Golf course was convenient and staff was great.

2 jours d étape tranquilles. Le hall d accueil est magnifique Hôtel plutôt vieillissant avec un entretien limité. Le terrain de golf est dans un état lamentable. La restauration est bonne sans buffet le soir. Les desserts sont très limités.

C’était vraiment parfait. Personnel très serviable. Propreté de la chambre Literie confortable Très belle piscine Possibilité de se garer gratuitement

Es un lugar muy bonito aunque algo aislado aunque también tiene cafetería y restaurante.

No ahi servicio de comidas, solo un snack bar, en buffet de la cena penoso, contratamos 4 y fuimos 2, se cayo un poco de leche en polvo de un biberon en la mesita y 2 dias sin limpiarla, a las 15 de la tarde ya no ahi toallas en la piscina, cables de la luz y fichas de empalme en el baño colgando y visibles, ahi mas luces sin tulipas en recepción que con ellas.... mejor no seguir, habria que revisar quien dijo que este hotel es merecedor de estrellas.. 3 y justillas

Dory la jefa de cocinas se ocupó muy bien de mi hija celíaca, dando opciones para que pudiera comer lo mismo y si gluten y sin contaminación. El desayuno bufet libre muy bueno y variado

Todo muy bien. Habitacion muy amplia y comoda. Lo malo es que faltan tumbonas en la piscina. Siendo un 5 estrellas, no deberias sentirte como si estuvieras en Benidorm a la caza de donde tumbarte en la piscina.

Maravillosa experiencia la del hotel. Un personal super agradable, con ganas de ayudar siempre. Pudimos estar en el Spa gracias a Raquel que se quedo al cuidado de nuestros peques en la Ludoteca, se lo pasaron genial. Sin duda repetiremos en unos meses

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en el hotel. Han sido todos super amables, servicio inmejorable, instalaciones maravillosas, buffet del desayuno de diez, las vistas a la piscina, la habitación super bien equipada y muy grande, con una terraza súper amplia. Gracias!

Sino te importa estar alejado del centro de la ciudad es recomendable. Eso sí, necesitas coche para ir a cualquier sitio fuera del hotel.

Amabilidad, buena atención y buenas habitaciones

The large room with terrace that we booked at extra cost was stunning. Huge room and very large terrace with chairs, table and sun loungers. The Hotel itself was clearly built as a luxurious 5* Hotel some years ago. Unfortunately, it has declined a bit, now starting to look tatty, chairs on the terrace with wicker peeling off, cushions that have seen much better days, fake plastic wicker peeling off the table. The stunning large bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus WC enclosed with glass door gives a clue as to the original aim of the Hotel, to be 5*. However, they need to maintain these facilities to keep up that rating. So, the dripping tap did not impress. On arrival, the room was absolutely freezing, someone had set the air conditioning to way below what is now allowed by law. Took me 10 minute to try and work out how to turn the whole thing off. The Wi-Fi was good and worked on the terrace as well. We used the Spa which was fantastic, one of the best Dynamic pools I have used. The biggest disappointment was not the Hotel, but the Hotel guests-never before in a 5* Hotel have I seen idiots arriving in shorts, T-Shirts and/or Sportswear for dinner. Could not believe that the Hotel allowed this. When eating my dinner, I do not want to see an ugly male in a vest showing off all underarm hair, made me sick. Could not believe they were not turned away at the door. Very bad. Overall, I would not stay again.

Très grande chambre et une belle piscine spacieuse. Etonnant petite télévision pour une 5 étoiles. Possibilités de choix entre cafétéria ou restaurant à l'hotel. Je conseille.

El mejor hotel en que he estado, después de haber estado en muchísimos hoteles por trabajo, deporte, en familia, he encontrado uno que me encantó en todos los sentidos. El Staff super simpático y prestables, un hotel antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, sin cosas rotas ni mal pintadas, aún con unas condiciones increíbles. La Ludoteca con Rocódromo super buena, con muchos juguetes y niños, mi hija tenía ganas de ir todos los días, el Gimnasio también lo usan para clientes de calle y está súper bien, se puede entrenar enserio. El Bar con muy buen ambiente, buen precio, buena comida y muy buen servicio(Recomiendo las Hamburguesas). El desayuno de Buffet muy variado y con alguna calidad. La piscina exterior muy grande, con muchísimas tumbonas y espacio, y encima con servicio de Bar de bebidas y comida sin tener que pagar extra por el servicio. La piscina interior muy bonita y cómodo, solo que está un poco fría. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con un baño muy espacioso. Los y las recepcionistas muy prestables y simpáticos a todo el tiempo y eso que también tiene un Botones( servicio casi inexistente)siempre a punto de ayudar. Vamos un hotel super completo, donde te tratan super bien, no te sientes robado por los costes y con un comodidad increíble. Para no decir que está todo cerca y Almería tiene mucho que ver y disfrutar. El mejor Hotel de siempre!! Y trabajé en unos cuantos hoteles, se de lo que hablo.
