근처 대규모 쇼핑 센타 매우 좋음..시내 중심가에서 떨어져 있어 약간 단점

Fue un poco difícil entrar al estacionamiento porque llegamos después de las diez de la noche y no sabíamos que acceso estaba abierto. Sería de apoyo saber por medio de alguna referencia porque lado entrar después de que cierra la plaza comercial.

El hotel no parece pertenecer a Gupo Posadas

Staff I arrived very early to hotel with advance notice. I did not notice the reply to my request for early arrival. I spoke to on duty desk manager and asked if there was any way i could get into first available room . I waited and waited and waited and asked for a managers name after 3 hours waiting I was given a gentleman's name not on a business card but hand written note. After waiting another hour I came to front desk and was told that this was manager Cinthya Corona that was almost 5 hours of waiting at that point. I slept waiting in the pool area on lounge chair most of the time . I was finally given a room after almost 6 hours waiting. I have stayed at this location for many years and never had this experience ever. I'm platinum traveler on expedia and also member of fiesta rewards. I travel 2 times every month different locations. Not sure what can be done so this doesn't happen again.

el hotel esta descuidsado solo un elevador las habitaciones requieren renovarse pronto no justifica el costo

La recepción no tiene buena atención, la tarjeta se reseteo 3 veces por lo que fue incomodo estar bajando, no me dieron solucion solo pretextos, el equipo de fútbol que se hospedó fue ostil y ruidoso pero tenían preferencia por el personal que trabaja por ahi, recuerdo que la atención de la srta dulce y sobre todo la del turno de la tarde fue deficiente lamentablemente no volvería a quedarme en ese hotel la tina no me gustó por lo que decidi no bañarme ahi y busque salir lo mas temprano posible pésima experiencia para mi y mi pareja

Buena opción para visitar zona industrial en Ecatepec. Deben mejorar sus aires acondicionados en las habitaciones

Second stay in this location, one elevator out of order, made wait time longer. Staff was excellent.

The staff is excellent , i stay in this Hotel back in February and again in April , in both of my stays th water in the shower is weak i wish they fix this problem because it looks like is been going on and Is very uncomfortable take a shower with a few sprinkles from the shower head. I like the hotel a lot is in good location but a realy hope they fx the shower head.

Hotel comodo y seguro

Siempre q viajo a el Edo de México en especial a Ecatepec es mi primera opción x seguridad, comodidad, precio y fácil acceso a vías rápidas, restaurantes de la zona por lo que no dudo en recomendarlo ampliamente.

Me gustó que respetaron que me desperté después de las 11:00am y no fueron a hacer ruido ni llamadas telefónicas para avisarnos para realizar el check out.

The bathroom was in very bad shape , the carpet in the room needs upgrade A.S.A.P, The personnel was great, very helpful , breakfast buffet was very good 👍
