There were bugs crawling around on floor. Rooms could use some maintenance and updating. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

My room was never cleaned. Jad to wait on someone to chamge the bedding and bring more towels. I had to clean the tub myswlf just to use it . They never got the trash

We couldn't get the heat above 60 degrees and it was a snowstorm outside. Blankets were too thin to offer any comfort.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke which someone tried to cover with perfume. It was awful. Our other room the bed was broken, someone stuffed the smoke detector with a paper bag and there were chips in the bed! I would avoid staying here.

Breakfast was sparse. Nice hotel with good security.

Convenient with nearby restaurants. Dated... Stains and dirt in places around facility/room. Room we requested was not available and needed to make accommodations. No elevator for my elderly mother after no first floor rooms available.

Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in, there was used gum stuck to the floor.

Our room had mold, no TV remote, bugs on the ground, and the AC wouldn’t cool the room. It was actually set on 90 when we walked in. The sheets and towels were stain free, but the towels looked like they had just been thrown into the shelf. Presentation could’ve been better. Had we been staying longer than just one night, I would’ve left after seeing the room, but it was a night. The staff was excellent and kind! Best part of the stay!

Our room doesn’t have heat, we tried to adjust the temp but the control is low battery. Temperature control doesn’t have a cover thats looks so dirty, you can even see the batteries inside that looks so old. I forgot to take a picture, but our number is 114

Good for a quick over night.

As a handicapped person I was forced to climb two flights of stairs was very hard to get to my room this location should reserve rooms on the bottom floor for handicapped people when you have no elevator also the a/c would not move off 68 made the room very cold

During check in, we were told we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. The lobby was fair, but the staircase and railing were filthy. After dragging our bags up the stairs, we got to our room. The room had a smell. The toilet seat was either dirty or had chipped paint. Everything I touched was sticky or just dirty. The tv was analog. It gave me the feeling there could easily be bedbugs. There were vans and trucks pulling up with men who were staying there too. They were obviously workers who were coming back from a long day of work. That isn’t important except there were so many of them it seemed like they were the majority of the other guests. If the hotel was housing that many workers, they should have been transparent about that. They weren’t catering to travelers.

The young lady working behind the counter was not engaged at all; she wasn’t rude but very emotionless. She tried to get me to pay for my room even though it was already prepaid through Hotels.com

The beds are absolutely to small and uncomfortable. The room was dusty and dirty like no one had been in the room since the porno was filmed in it. The parking lot is was to small and could not get our truck and trailer in to be able to safely park it. The room was over priced and the security deposit is more than any other Wyndham property for this price range or location. The door locks don’t work. The front lobby smelled like pot

after being n the road for 13 hours the only thing I wanted was a shower and clean sheets. I checked into a non smoking room with a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. ok, things happen. took a hot shower and flipped the comforter back. dried blood and nether region hair on the sheet... wife went to complain. was given a spray bottle of bleach and new sheets. threw the comforter in the corner, wife cleaned the room. comforter was still there when we left. parking lot turned into a loud hang out at night. breakfast is stale cereal every morning. spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

We requested nonsmoking room. Immediately it was clear someone had smoked. Went to front desk and they offered us 2 doubles (we had king), which we declined. Then she found one more king which was across the hall. The difference was amazing. However we were unable to regulate the room temperature so we needed up turning off the AC unit. Room was still in the 60s the next morning
