The hotel looks very good by picturs but its service is not good.

Upon arrival they placed me in a room not matching my booking , when I mentioned that to reception they told me all our rooms are the same either a room or a suite and your booking is bed and breakfast; the room to be chosen according to our availability. However; when insisted and tried to show them my booking they changed my room.

Perfeito, uma ilha de tranquilidade e bom atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso, staff gentil e atenciosa. As dependências do hotel a piscina a praia, a agilidade do serviço nessas áreas. Depois de uma viagem ao Saara o Cartaghe realmente é um oásis.

Wonderful property and highly recommended as a resort. The only problem was a maintenance issue with the in-room balcony. It is possible to get trapped on the balcony if you close the door behind you since it locks automatically when closed. This is a problem since people would naturally close the door behind them to keep the air conditioning inside. The hotel staff said this happened to someone else and it is being addressed. If it were not for this, I would give give stars to this hotel. Don't let this stop you from booking here. It's wonderful.

Excellent hotel , service personnel piscine ect.... tout est parfait

We loved everything about the resort and Tunisia! The resort has so much to offer. Every nook was unique. We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went.

My job has taken me to many prestigious hotels across five continents, but this is the first time I've felt so at home in a hotel. It's old but well-maintained, traditional but clean, and the staff, from the security guard at the entrance to the kitchen staff, are friendly and welcoming. The most gentlemanly reception staff are here too, bravo!
