The staff were always very attentive and thoughtful

view and breakfast was good. out door spa was not bad. but service was poor. spa and bathtub hadn't cleaned until I ask them. Even I checked in hotel. hotel staff is out of service mind.

우선, 호텔에서 바라보는 전경이 매우 아름답습니다. 우측에는 이아마을이 보이고, 좌측으로는 등대쪽 메갈로호리 마을을 조망할 수 있습니다. 일출과 일몰을 모두 볼 수 있으며 특히 숙소에서 바라보는 일몰이 정말 좋았습니다^^ 상당히 넓은 부지의 호텔 익스테리어는 흰색으로 굉장히 우아했으며 인테리어 역시 깔끔하고 고풍스러웠습니다~ 무엇보다도 호텔의 로비보이가 굉장히 친절하였고, 우리 가족들이 호텔 시설을 이용하는데 최대한 도움을 주며, 산토리니 일정, 섬 곳곳의 레스토랑에 대한 정보를 상세히 설명해주었습니다! 비수기이고, 저희가족만 호텔을 이용했음에도 불구하고, 친절한 요리사는 최고의 아침식사를 제공해주었고 로비보이는 경치좋은 실외자쿠지를 이용할 수 있게 해 주었습니다^^ 만약 다시 산토리니를 가게된다면 주저없이 로카벨라를 선택할 것이며 지인들에게 꼭 추천해 주고 싶은 호텔입니다!! 후회없는 선택이 될 것이라 믿으며 모두들 좋은 여행 되시길 바랍니다!!

객실 또는 선베드에서 보는 석양 좋았습니다 위치가 이메모비글리와 이아 사이에 있어서 차를 렌트하셔야 편하게 이용할수 있습니다. 가격 대비 만족합니다

비슷한 서비스 호텔대비 저렴한 가격과 훌륭한 서비스, 그리고 port와 멀지 않은 거리에 이아마을과 피라 접근이 모두 용이했던것들이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 추천합니다!! :)

절벽위에 있는 호텔로 바다뷰가 보이는데 앞에는 화산섬 오른쪽엔 이아마을이 보이는 최고의 호텔 직원들 모두 굉장히 친절하고 아침식사 또한 굉장히 잘나오는 최고의 호텔입니다~~~

멋진 오션뷰와 깨끗한 방, 그리고 깔끔한 아침식사~~~정말 멋진 산토리니 여행이 되었던 리조트였습니다. 겨울에 가게 되어 풀장을 이용 못한 것이 아쉽지만, 정말 여름엔 이보다 좋은 리조트는 없을 것 같습니다. 잘 다녀왔습니다.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care us like family. Shout out to the front desk, they thought of things for us before we did.

Hotel was close to a small town (15 minute walk) good restaurants. We also rented a quad and saw the rest of Santorini Oia and Fira with lovely restaurants, shopping and galleries

Wonderful! From A-Z this property is very well maintained and the service is warm and friendly. Strongly suggest not to come here with children since the vibe is amazing and kids will only destroy it plus thisxis not really a hotel for young kids. 15 and older sounds ok to me. Very accommodating staff. Astonishing views far away from everything.

Le lit était le plus confortable depuis que nous sommes en Grèce. L'hôtel est magnifique et les piscines sont très belles.

We stayed 7 nights. Greeting to the hotel manager. Your staff was amazing. Very friendly Front Office Team, Houskeeping was amazing and the service in the restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was a la card and couldnt be better.

Everything was so good!

The property is beautiful but the terracotta/ orange sand that blew in from the desert was all over the floor in our room. Our luggage being wheeled in, also carried the orange sand into our room, so our socks and feet turned orange. When I went to use a very white towel, there was a dark “something” folded into it. I thought it was a bug. Thankfully when my husband checked, it turned out to be granola that wasn’t cleaned in their wash.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and modern. Staff was incredible from beginning to end. This hotel is a must. It’s right in between Fira and Oia. Perfect location, peaceful and beautiful. Shout out to Maggie at the hotel bar who gave us wonderful recommendations and Nic at the front desk who was so kind and helpful. They take pride in keeping their hotel top notch. Make sure to book a catamaran tour!!

We had an amazing stay. When we arrived I was a bit disappointed in the view from our room. The manager, wanted our experience to be special, and changed our room and it was breathtaking. Staff wonderful, food fabulous. Rate this place 10/10…

Lovely hotel, great staff, cool pool bar/restaurant area. Could use a bit of TLC on outdoor areas (other than pool deck). Terraces and balconies for the suites were pretty dingy and dirty

Luxurious accommodations, super nice staff, the hotel is gorgeous and the complimentary breakfast was superb. Absolutely everything was fantastic.
