Room was clean but I don't know why for 5* hotel they don't have a basic bathroom amenities like dental kit cause everytime I stayed in the hotel, they always have basic bathroom amenities like dental kit as well, but luckily there's a convenience store nearby so if you need something you can just buy it there. And for the staff, some staffs are friendly and professional but there's couple of staffs that were judging by the way you look. The location is really good cause it's in cbd and couple of places you can just go by walking distance.

I like the hotel, very near with the shopping area and lot of option for food, it is a good experience staying at sky hotel.
