Great view from the room, good location to cover Satiago city. Specially, there is a great shopping mall near by hotel. Everything was awesome.

산티아고의 신도심에 가까워 업무를 보기에 좋은 위치이었음. 그리고 Turistik 여행사 집결지와 가까워 간단한 tour를 하기에도 좋았음. 하지만 구도심 관광을 하기에는 거리가 상당히 떨어져 있음.

Durante mi estadía en el hotel destaco que el trato del personal fue amable y los restaurantes ofrecieron una buena experiencia. Sin embargo, el estado de la habitación asignada (601) estuvo muy por debajo del estándar que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría. Al ingresar a la habitación encontré varios problemas evidentes de limpieza. Los espejos, tanto del baño como del clóset, presentaban manchas y marcas visibles, como si no hubieran sido limpiados correctamente antes de mi llegada. El vidrio de la ducha tenía marcas de agua y suciedad acumulada, y la grifería mostraba huellas y residuos que daban la impresión de falta de revisión final por parte del servicio de housekeeping. El piso del baño tampoco se encontraba en buenas condiciones y había detalles de suciedad en distintas superficies. La mesa de centro presentaba una mancha visible que inicialmente pensé que correspondía al material, pero al revisarla con más detalle se notaba claramente que era suciedad que no había sido retirada. También encontré una mancha en la ropa de cama, algo que en un hotel de este nivel resulta particularmente decepcionante e inaceptable desde el punto de vista de higiene. Otro aspecto que llamó mi atención fue la cantidad de amenities disponibles en el baño. El shampoo y el bálsamo tenían una carga mínima, prácticamente suficiente para un solo uso, lo que resulta poco adecuado si una persona necesita ducharse más de una vez o si la habitación es utilizada por más de un huésped. Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!

No está a la altura de otros Mandarin Oriental. Las camas estrechas e incómodas. No tenían ni cepillo de dientes ni pasta en la habitación. El aire acondicionado era tan ruidoso que tuve que desconectarlo para poder dormir. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, selección de alimentos de baja calidad, fruta o verde o remadura. Este hotel originalmente fue un Hyatt Regency. En ese tiempo era mejor, ahora no es de lo mejor.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. El hotel destaca por su elegante diseño, instalaciones de primer nivel y un entorno privilegiado con vistas espectaculares a la cordillera de los Andes. El servicio es impecable: el personal es atento, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la estadía sea realmente cómoda y memorable. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y muy bien equipadas, ofreciendo un ambiente perfecto tanto para descansar como para trabajar. Además, la oferta gastronómica es de alta calidad, con opciones variadas y deliciosas. Sin duda, es una excelente elección para quienes buscan lujo, tranquilidad y un servicio excepcional en Santiago.

Parfait nous avions une chambre club et le lounge est très bien. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Les extérieurs sont très jolis (piscine un peu froide en mars). Séjour parfait. Vous avez un arrêt du bus hop and off à 5 minutes à pieds. Les horaires du lounge permettent d’en profiter et les mets sont très fins.

Best hotel experience to date. Room was gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Spa was relaxing and perfectly thought out.

Serviço ótimo, quarto grande e confortável. Não dá para dizer que a estadia foi impecável porque se vê que a conservação de tudo (móveis, tapetes, poltronas…) precisam de um olhar mais apurado. Há manchas de uso nas poltronas e o tapete não está limpo como deveria.

Quarto otimo, vista linda, banho maravilhoso. Nao sentimos falta de nada.

As every other Mandarin Oriental, the hotel is fine, no complains. The only problem I had is: Today, around 10am, me and my wife left the room, I went straight to the garage, level -1 to put the bags in the car and my wife went to front desk to proceed the checkout. I forgot a white purse/bag at the room and went back to front desk to get a new access card key. Back in the room, the door was open/not locked and I searched for my item and on the bed it was, but once I opened, there was only a pair of shoes inside and my swim shorts from Vilebrequin brand was missing. It was on that white bag because it was still wet from yesterday’s swim at the Hotel pool. Since 10:30 I’ve been waiting for the Hotel staff to check CCTV footage/camera images to confirm who went to the room between we went down with the bags and after I came back. The only answer I got is that they are trying to reach the laundry to check if it was in the middle of the sheets and blankets. It’s a three day trip and now we are at Vik hotel and I don’t have swim shorts to goto the pool
