It was good hotel with reasonable price in Brentwood area.

미국 친구와 그 가족을 만나러 전시회가 끝나고 5시간을 달려서 찾아간 곳입니다. Expressway에서 가까웠습니다 약간 외진 곳이었지만 미국의 호텔이나 음식점들이 그러하듯이 렌트카가 있어 불편하지는 않았습니다. 방도 상당히 넓었고 조식도 상당히 훌륭했습니다. 욕실도 수영장을 만들수도(?!?!)있을 크기입니다. 1층 라운지랑 식당이 붙어 있긴 했지만 넓직해서 좋았습니다. 다운타운까지는 거리가 떨어져 있어 차가 없으면 아주 불편합니다. 하지만 호텔 자체로는 아주 훌륭했습니다.

Nice room condition,Very kind staff.Reasonable price.Not so bad location. But it is not so good location for sightseeing downtown of nashville.

I didn't really care for anything about this hotel. The air conditioner wouldn't hardly work. Tub had mold around the rug. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

This was something we booked last minute to break up a long trip. We should have read some more reviews. Upon walking in to check in, the air was damp and hot. The AC in all common areas and hallways was out. The worker at the desk said it had been out for a while. The hallways and bedrooms smelled mildewy. The floor in our hotel room felt damp. The only working ice machine was on the first floor. While heading to the 3rd floor from the lobby, the elevator stopped at the 3rd level, but the doors didnt open. It completely froze, then quietly slowly descended back to the lobby, had an abrupt drop, an alarm sounded, then a message showed on the screen saying, exit immediately when doors open. Both public and service doors opened. When we told the workers what happened, they said "stairs are available." The next day, when we were trying to move all of our stuff out, my husband tried the elevator again to avoid carrying luggage down the stairs. The elevator didn't respond to the button being pushed to call it to our floor. No "out of service" signs were posted. We ate continental breakfast in the dining area that morning. The upholstery was dirty and wallpaper and paint was peeling from the walls in a few areas. When walking through hallways and stairways, carpets were dirty.

Lovely room with kitchen and living room, office desk and chair, great bathroom, no complaints!

Breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice. Quick overnight stay as we made our way south. Not a disappointment.

This was a quick stay for us and served all of our needs!

Let me start by saying that this hotel has amazing people working at it- the owners are lucky because it's hard to find good employees. However, I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY AT THIS AWFUL HOTEL. The rooms are outdated- the bathroom had tiles loose and broken off of the floor/baseboard. The A/C smelled like mildew-the room was old dark, dreary and the floor was....bumpy? Upon entry to the room, I immediately noticed that not only were the floors uneven, they were also dirty...there were hair strands and dust/dirt on the tile in the entryway. THE ONLY reason my son and i ACTUALLY slept at this hotel is because we arrived at 10:30 and it was WAY TOO LATE to find a different place to stay. I booked off of hotels.com. Their reviews seemed to be ok....CLEARLY CLEARLY they aren't current...I'm going to fix that. If you have the expectation to stay at a place that looks like the posted photos, DONT STAY HERE

There pool is not operational even thou they say it is! The carpets in the room are sticky to walk on(so not cleaned well) Hallway were extremely hot at all times!

This property is old, the floors are dirty. It smells like mildew when you walk in the hallways and elevators are very hot and humid. The bed is clean. Our furniture was broken in our room and the floors in the bathroom are filthy. I would not recommend this property as a typical Holiday Inn express usually has more comfortable beds and is typically more clean than this.
