소렌토 중심가의 가성비 좋고 깔끔한 숙소예요^^

진짜 최악.. 너무 더럽고 먼지 그대로.. 화장대에 눈으로 하얀가루가 보일정도.. 그래서 안씀.. 화장실에서 거미 세번봄.. 찝찝해서 이불도 안덥고 잤음 방음안되서 다른방 대화내용 다 들림.. 더 싫은건 울려서 엄청 크게들림 밤늦은시간 확인된거고 1박이라 다른데로 옮기지도 못하고 그냥 썼는데 고려해서 예약하세요..

We stayed triple room for two nights. The lastday, when we had had breakfast and returned our room, we found that one bed has disappeared. So during checkout, we complaint but they ignored and did not apologize. It is rude that they took one bed out before checkout. Also, staffs were really inhospitable.

기차역에서 가까워서 편했어요! 가족이 운영하는 호텔 같아 보였는데 숙박 내내 밤에 라면 때문에 뜨거운 물을 좀 부탁드렸었는데 부인같아 보이는 여성 스태프 분이 정말 친절하게 잘 해주셨어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 자체는 깔끔한 편이에요

extra money for internet.....ok. but extra money for freezer can't accept.

Air conditioned room in VERY convenient location. Room looks a bit tired but it was clean. Breakfast was included but just ok.

This hotel truly impressed us during our visit to Sorrento. Its location is excellent, and the staff provided exceptional assistance. The air conditioning was very effective during the heatwaves, and the washer/dryer service we utilized once was quite satisfactory. Keep up the good work!!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are really lovely however the room is really poor quality and dated. Perhaps the other rooms were better than ours as we were on the first floor next to the lift and did not sleep a wink. The light from the communal hallway illuminated our room all night as there was a transparent fan light above our door and the noise was relentless, from the nightlife outside until 2am (expected and fine) but from 4am there were deliveries, vacuuming, lift operation. Was terrible! Really simple to install obscure film over the Fanlight or acoustic curtains to divide this room.

Wonderful hotel property in prime location. Friendly staff and ownership, always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile. Highly recommended when in Sorrento.
