만족스러운 호텔 이었습니다. 특히 조식서비스는 아주 훌륭합니다.

공항하고도 가깝고 빨마 시내와는 버스로 연결이 용이했어요. 객실에서 들리는 파도소리가 정말 듣기 좋았구요 다음에 마요르카에 온다면 또 오고싶습니다

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo, con una ubicación excelente. El desayuno y la cena son variados y deliciosos. Pero lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia con algunas trabajadoras del restaurante, especialmente una llamada „Ines“, que fueron groseras y mostraron actitudes racistas. Aparte de eso, todo estuvo excelente y recomiendo el hotel.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location and extremely helpful staff

During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards. Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay.

We had a fabulous stay, very clean and lovely room. We had an issue checking in as the computers were not working however the chap on duty was very apologetic. Air conditioning could have been colder but we were unable to change the settings. Meals and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. The only real issue we had was with the lifeguard, we left our beds to have some lunch in your restaurant and he threw our bags and towels off the beds. When I challenged him he said we had been gone an hour, the couple next to us said he threw them off when we had been gone only 10 minutes, he was extremely rude to me and my husband. We adhered to the not putting your towels on the subbed until 10am when other were putting them out at 07.30. Apart from this we had a great stay.

Amazing buffet(although pricey). Great amenities. Great staff. Good time! Only issue: no water dispenser other than the hidden one in the gym that staff won't tell you about :P

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

sehr gute Lage, direkt am Meer, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, das Hotel wirkt sehr modern und neu renoviert, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt, das Essen (Buffet) ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich, man kann sich super am Pool und in der Hotelanlage erholen, es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Hotel und die ganze Anlage ist wirklich sehr gut. Sauber, freundliches Personal, Frühstück, Zimmer, Pool alles wirklich toll. Leider ist der Flughafen sehr nah und der Fluglärm sehr laut und störend. Das Hotel an sich aber wirklich toll.
