It was a little cold...

It was amazing experience staying at this hotel because due to our budget it was a bit pressured to stay at luxurious hotel in venice. But most of hotels in the area is very expensive and rate of some with reasonable price were very bad and it looked unclean. This hotel has very clean, knit, and cozy atmosphere; people were very kind, room is clean, food is good, and the place was excellent. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Venice again. Thank you so much for recommending this hotel for me!

No free shuttle to airport. Room was adequate and clean.

Everything at the hotel costs extra—a morning trip to the airport was 20 euros. I went to drop off my rental car and had to walk back. The place is called a "restaurant," but the food doesn't meet Italian standards at all. I asked for a wake-up call, but no one did it. There isn't even a service to help carry a guest's luggage—you have to do everything yourself. All in all, I am not happy with the hotel.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel and it was reasonably priced. The rooms spacious, but dated with the decor. However, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and helped to coordinate a group shuttle to the airport the next day. The front desk even provided some recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room served its purpose as a place to rest and relax after a long travel day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to airport for very early morning flight. Restaurant on-site for dinner was good. No complaints, totally fit for purpose of easier access to airport for our early flight! (Location is within a short driving distance, but really NOT walkable with luggage.)

We wanted an airport hotel for our first night just in case we had travel issues and to help with jet lag. Fortunately no travel trouble but it worked perfectly to give us a fresh start on our trip the next morning

Clean and comfortable hotel

Bed and bathroom were clean. The bed was not made up tight and crisp but it was obviously clean. There was not a free shuttle to the airport as was noted in the website. The airport is about 5 minutes away from the hotel and they “arranged” transportation for us for 20 euros. Definitely a convenient stay for an early morning flight.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet with a good breakfast. There were friendly, professional people on the desk.

The staff was extremely helpful on helping us get some food when everything was closed. And the property is very close to the airport perfect for traveling early in the day

Zimmer,Peraonal sehr gut .Die Location ist eben am Flughafen und sehr schlecht zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Just what we needed for a stay the night before our flight left

The property and staff were excellent however the room was really hot for sleeping. No setting on the thermostat could cool the room down.

空港近くという事で予約したが、施設は古く、朝食はバラエティーも少なく、日本のビジネスホテル並みのクオリティーで5,000円超えは高過ぎる。また早朝便の為Hotelでタクシーを呼んで貰い利用したが、乗合のバンで5分程度乗っただけで€30は理解不能。

Clean room, very nice staff. For some reason the room was super hot, we couldn’t cool it of. We didn’t complain just opened the window. Also the shower was not impressive, needs a new shower head. Again, we didn’t say anything. We’re only there for a night before flying out. I will say the room was super clean, fairly large, you can’t get closer to the airport and the bus stop to the tourist area of Venice is right across the street and only a 25 minute ride. I’d definitely stay there again.
