Nothing not to like ,apart from the long walk to our room at the end of the corridor! The hotel was lovely ,full of character ,and our meal was excellent . A lovely terrace was a great place to have a nightcap. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly and keen to help

Off the beaten track

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel classé 4 étoiles, et si certains aspects étaient à la hauteur, d’autres m’ont déçu. 👍 La réception était impeccable : personnel accueillant, professionnel et disponible. 👎 En revanche, la propreté laissait à désirer, notamment sous les lits où un vrai nettoyage semblait avoir été oublié. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est regrettable. 🚿 La salle de bain manquait cruellement d’aération, ce qui entraînait des odeurs désagréables et une atmosphère humide peu confortable. En résumé, l’hôtel a du potentiel, mais certains détails essentiels mériteraient plus d’attention pour justifier pleinement ses 4 étoiles.

Hotel muy bonito. Habitación y baño grandes y cómodos. Los empleados muy amables y simpáticos. El desayuno horrible, no está a la altura del tipo de hotel que es.

The whole place is amazing. Rooms are very spacious and beds are confirmable and big. The receptionist could not be more helpful. We will definitely recommend Orihuela a this hotel.

Hotel correcto de 4 estrellas ⭐ en el centro de Orihuela. Cuidado con el parking que tiene tarifas de Mónaco (18€ el día si estás alojado)

Un buen hotel para pasar la noche, el desayuno es simple pero está bien. Las recepcionistas suelen ser muy amables siempre y todo esta muy limpio.

Worst location ever. Right next to a very bad neighborhood with police check points during the night. Restaurant was OK. AC didn't work at all. One balcony sliding door didn't lock.

La habitación era bastante amplia y correcta, aunque la cama no me resultó todo lo cómoda que esperaba. Aún así la relación calidad precio es bastante buena.

Great hotel bang in the centre

Una buena solución si quieres un alojamiento a 30 minutos de la playa con buena calidad y un precio muy contenido. Muy buena atención por todo el personal aunque el hotel está un poco viejito pero muy correcto. Tiene todo lo necesario y las habitaciones son muy grandes. El único pero quizás es que las habitaciones son muy calientes y se deja se le aire acondicionado por la noche te hielas (te da en la cara el aire y claro no es bueno para dormir) y hace ruido.

Lovely hotel and very friendly evening welcome from the lady. Had a 2 night stay so very short. Parking available on the road which is free after 8pm till 10am.
