This hotel was very nasty. One of the pillow cases had blood on it. There was hair and dirt in the shower. Just horrible! Please do not book with this hotel!!

The hotel is in the center of the city, easy to walk everywhere. Very convenient, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Very good overall

Stayed for the night before getting on cruise. First room was nice but tv did not work so they moved us next door which was nice of them. Only complaint is the rooms on San Jose street are noisy because of traffic and mopeds blasting music until 4 am. Not the business fault.

The Armas Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, efficient place to stay right in the heart of Old San Juan. The room I had was definitely on the smaller side, so it’s not the kind of hotel where you’d lounge around for long stretches—but it was spotless and well kept. What really stood out was the friendly staff and the unbeatable location. Being right in Old San Juan meant I could walk everywhere—restaurants, bars, nightlife, and sightseeing were all just steps away. I loved being able to go out, enjoy myself, and then safely walk right back to the hotel without any hassle. If you’re coming to Puerto Rico to explore, eat, drink, and socialize, this hotel is perfect as a convenient and comfortable base.

Nice hotel

This hotel is very conveniently located in old San Juan by all the major stores and shops. Very close to the ferry if transportation is needed. The entire building was very clean and the front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!

I like the hotel because the rooms are so clean also the stuff are so niece to us if we have questions we ask them and they answer all questions that we had. Thank you for service

Great place in the middle of old San Juan. Owner was incredible, he works down in the ice cream shop during the day. Couldn’t recommend another hotel in Puerto Rico more.

The entire staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The staff in the shaved ice stand was awesome as well very friendly and very knowledgeable about the island

My stay overall was amazing. I stayed here for 3 days. The staff at this location was great. There is construction going on in the area, but it did not bother me. Jason and the entire front staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is centrally located. There is supermarket, laundry and lots of stores close by.

It was a great place to spend the night. Location was prime. Super clean. Very friendly staff!
