Hôtel agréable, tout est parfait

This place is 3 min to the train station and ten min to the cathedral. Restaurants and shops are all around. It’s clean, safe, staff is friendly. I don’t use any of the amenities except breakfast which was buffet style with a good selection (fruit salad from fresh fruit, eggs boiled to your liking self service, scrambled eggs, baguette, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, some seeds and grains, butter, and cold cuts, juice and all manner of coffee. There is an elevator. Some rooms have access to one large terrace with views of the cathedral.

They need to have coffee makers in the room, to go downstairs and have half a cup of coffee for five euros per person is costly.

L'hôtel et les chambres sont impeccables, le personnel vraiment très accueillant dans sa majorité. La seule ombre au tableau est une odeur sucrée dans ma chambre, comme un parfum d'intérieur, qui m'a laissé un peu écœurée. A part cela tout était parfait.

Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, ni testé la climatisation mais la chambre était jolie et propre. Le parking est très pratique et le personnel à l'écoute.

El personal no es humanitario, no vino a bien flexibilizar el día de entrada, por error al fijar las fechas, primero dieron a entender que sí y una vez dado el número de referencia, no avisan, de que no aceptaban el cambio de fechas, y sorprendentemente no era la primera vez que estuve en el hotel. A última hora tuve que contratar otra fecha. No plantearon el incidente al director del hotel. Me extrañó mucho.
