One block off of the Main road. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature. Cocktail hour was a wonderful surprise. And the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The property was lovely and we are already looking forward to returning again in the future.

Great Bed and Breakfast with excellent food and amenities like fireplace, sauna, 2 hot tubs. Great friendly staff. I would highly recommend it close to ski areas but less crowded in small Frisco, Colorado town.

I've stayed at the Frisco Inn now several times. I'm always warmly greeted and the rooms are comfortable. The morning breakfasts are terrific!

Wonderful stay. Staff was attentive and professional. Room was outstanding. Charmingly furnished and all details were there. Only drawbacks were room was too warm for our sleeping comfort. No thermostat in room and we didn't find out until next day that it was controlled via the staff. So we could have it turned down. It had more light coming in that we couldn't darken. The 4:30 PM reception and morning breakfast were great. Super little boutique hotel. Highly recommend it.

Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast ordering, convenience, portion, and taste were exceptional. The indoor hot tub wasn't working bubble wise but otherwise everything was great! I would highly recommend staying here for a day on the slopes or other outdoor activities!

Booking this place was the happiest accident I’ve ever made. I initially had another place that was not good and needed to find a new place asap. When I walked through the door, I was treated like a queen. The staff were incredible, the room extremely comfy, the hotel was so quiet. I will be back.
