Seriously mis-described. It is not a hotel it is a hostel, there was even a sign behind reception showing this. Very basic. There were brown stains on the bed cover, cracks in tiles, old, dirty mirror. The balconly area had not been cleaned and the previous occupants dirty cups and cigarette packets were left on the table. Astro turf on balacolny not cleaned, very unhygienic. Dirty, mouldy shower. Large brick pillar in front of the toilet which made it very difficult to use, had to stand in the shower to undo trousers to use it. No kettle. The room was dark and dingy. Wouldn't dare take your shoes off to pather around. Strong smell of bleach so afraid to brush against things in case it damaged our clothes. Dirty sheets left standing in the corridor. Basic facilities I can cope with but can not compromise on cleanliness, there is no excuse. Staff only available at certain times. Not allowed music after 8pm and silence after 10pm, never had such rules applied in a holiday resort. Demonstrates the type of people who would normally stay there if they feel the need to point this out.We had to leave and find something else. Nothing anyone could say or do would make us want to stay there.

Fantastic service, clean room and delicious breakfast. Free public parking lot up the road (street parking outside also possible). Great location to explore the island by car or bike. Would come back!

Lovely hotel for 4 nights stay in September, good location to explore Santa Ponsa and for travel to other towns. Great hotel, room with a balcony was lovely, quiet pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it!

Stayed here for 3nights. I would not recommend this hotel at all. During my stay, my watch and power bank were stolen from my room, the staff offered little to no help in resolving the issue. The food was very poor, with hardly any choice and what was available wasn’t great in quality or taste. On top of that, the room was far from clean — it clearly hadn’t been properly serviced before we arrived. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and definitely not worth it.

Cute little place to stay. Small rooms which are comfortable with good A/C and refreshing showers. Breakfast was the usual affair of Luke warm scrambled eggs, bacon etc (losing star for that) along with continental selection, cereals fruit The property is five minutes walk to transport links with the beach a couple of minutes further on. Will return but get some heat under the eggs please 😉

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The breakfast was superb and it was a lovely touch to be able to have access to free chilled filtered water and coffee and tea 24hrs a day. The pool area isn't huge but it's excellent - always sun loungers available, clean, with shower and toilets, and in the sun all day. We didn't use the bar but it looks lovely too and has a large pool table. The hotel is situated on a quiet back road, tucked away and surrounded by a beautiful garden, yet a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and a huge selection of wonderful restaurants and shops. Best of all we're the staff who were so helpful and smiley. We're definitely going to return here - great value and so peaceful. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel and worth more than 3 stars! Quiet hotel, hidden away but 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and little supermarkets. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small pool but never busy and always a sunbed available . Great variety of breakfast on offer and 24 our free tea/coffee and water available.

Lovely staff. Swimming pool can be quiet and relaxing or busy depending on other guests. Very clean and decent breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Poor cleaning and maintenance

Fantastiskt sköna sängar. I övrigt var rummet något slitet men helt ok. Frukosten var bra med bacon och äggröra, bröd, frallor, olika pålägg, müsli och fil. Kaffe ur kaffemaskin (dock sådär gott enligt två bryggkaffe-älskare). Läget var bra, endast en kort promenad (3-5 minuter) till restauranger, barer och playan. OBS! Hiss saknas.

The staff were passive aggresive, accusing and downright untruthful. They took back our duvets after the first night, and left us with blankets so we froze the rest of our stay. Herein accusing us of mistreating their inventory, and hereby punishing us. Generally untruthful, and to this day I still haven't heard anything about the alleged partial refund, which they promised. VERY POOR WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS! I strongly recommend you steer clear of this one.

The hotel took our duvets without telling us and left ONE blanket for two people. It was december and cold, even one blanket for one person was cold. There was only someone at the reception from 9-14. When we spoke to an employee the next day, she said they had removed the duvets because they were on the floor which wasn’t true. Our friends who also stayed at the hotel had the same thing happening to them. Not okay when you pay for staying at a hotel, we were freezing and only got an extra blanket after speaking with the hotel. Breakfast was fine and it was nice with a balcony, but I would not recommend this hotel.

We accidentally arrived before checkin opened as we were on the way to a wedding but they were so incredibly accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, offered us a drink and some snacks all free of charge. The guy behind the desk even gave us a lift to the wedding and didn’t expect anything in return. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and aesthetic. It was some of the best service I’ve ever had!

Very cozy hotel. Excellent location with plenty of dining options and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Amazing breakfast.

Bra läge och trevlig personal. Väldigt bra frukost Plus hade varit att ha ett litet kylskåp på rummet. Nöjd!!

Honest review. Staff...amazing, allowed to check in early. Property fantastic, best pool table ever used on the island. Breakfast was great, if they run out just ask and they will make more. Staff was fantastic from start to finish, cant compliment them enough. Only thing (so havent marked them down for this was the mozzies). Honestly buy fly/mozzie spray on day 1. Biten alive but again not hotels fault.
