출장으로 4일간 머물렀는데 모든 스태프가 친절하고 룸은 청결하게 유지되었습니다. 마지막날은 여유가 되서 5유로에 자전거 빌려서 투어했는데 가장 기억에 남습니다.

친절하고 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 추천합니다

좋았던점: 1) 호텔방의 바닥이 마루바닥이라 먼지가 적음 2) 방은 좁지만 의자가 2개여서 사용하는데 좋음 3) 조명이 밝아서 좋았다 4) check-out 시 방으로 check-out list 를 보내주어 소지품을 다시 검토할수 있었다 5) Check-out 때 발견하였지만 자동차의 앞유리도 닦여 있었다 아쉬운점: 1) 주차장이 지하에 위치하고 있으며 엘리베에터가 없어서 프론트까지 짐을 계단으로 이동해야함 2) 위치가 애매하여 중앙역이나 관광 중심지까지 도보로 이용해야함 3) 주변 환경이 좋지 않아 저녁때 여자 혼자 걷기에는 좋지 않다

룸 컨디션이 매우 깨끗하고 좋은 향기가 나요! 특히 침구가 엄청 좋아서 숙면취한 기억이 나네요. 가성비 좋은 추천할만한 숙소입니다.

청결측면 및 서비스는 만족스럽고 주변 대중교통과의 연계성이 좋음. 더불어, 쇼핑, 관광의 중심지에 근접해 있어서 걸어서 이동하기에 아주 좋음. 단, 주차요금을 별도로 받는 부분은 좀 아쉬움.

조식도 맘에 들고 위치도 좋았습니다

Eigene Tiefgarage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss lediglich gute 15-20 Minuten gerade aus laufen und ist dann bereits in der Innenstadt, m.E. Super Preis Leistung.

Petite remarque, le QR code pour accéder au WIFI c'est génila avec le telephone, mais je n'ai pas su faire avec mon PC ... bon il faut bien trouver qqchose à dire.

Hôtel parfait. Chambre très spacieuse et très confortable. Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Parking très pratique et facile d’accès même pour une voiture de grande taille. Personnel très professionnel.

Soggiorno effettuato nella suite business. Stanza molto ampia con bagno e antibagno in ottime condizioni con possibilità di usufruire una piccola cucina ma ben integrata nell’arredamento e nascosta. La colazione notevole è in una bella hall.

Personnel très courtois. Petit déjeuner très varié et de très belle qualité. Chambre donnant sur route (bruyante) mieux vaut séjourner côté cour. Hôtel assez loin du centre ville prévoir une bonne demie heure de marche selon les lieux à visiter

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la chambre et son confort, la générosité et le régal du petit déjeuner. Nous avons également grandement apprécié d'avoir une chambre en dernier étage comme nous l'avions demandé.

Very small room

Booked as seemed a convenient spot between the inalpi arena (2 days at tennis finals) and tourist spots (and train station) €12 taxi fare to arena, 35 minute walk back, 30 minutes walk to palace Had a suite 708, lovely big room, all black out curtains pulled down (assume people in courtyard can look straight in, we left them down), big table (not used) big chair (not used), 2 shower rooms and toilets welcome feature, felt like his and hers haha big comfy bed, slept well and didn’t really hear a thing other than the heater fan occasionally) Breakfast was nice, continental and cooked, big choice The suite though, we found a bit odd, we did not have an electric kettle, but a stove kettle that went on a hot plate that you could not tell if the plate was hot or not after use , the stove kettle poured badly, wasting as much hot water as I used. We had two large cups and two small cups with saucers, but had to go and ask at reception for coffee for the machine (I guess to avoid waste, understandable) there was a fridge and mini bar items, BUT NO PLATES AND NO CUTLERY, which we found very odd in a suite, why even provide a stove, may as well be a microwave, but we still wouldn’t have had a knife fork or spoon between us (I know we could have gone and asked but these are £250 a night rooms). Cleaning was perfect, reception staff fab giving maps of where to go and find evening food, and booking us taxis to the tennis, we had a lovely 5 night stay and would definitely visit again
