A great place for a family break. Great location, well-equipped room with a great view from the balcony. There was a great variety of food for breakfast including omelettes and pancakes freshly cooked by the chef. Es Canar is a nice town with excellent beaches nearby (hotel pools too) and a good choice of restaurants.

Location good as it’s close to the sea and within walking distance of a small town and has good public transport links to larger towns.

Staff very friendly. Room kitchen cupboard and end of bath very tired looking and could do with upgrade or deep clean. Other than that enjoyed our stay

Its was a nice holiday and ideal if you have kids but food is poor plates are dirty so dont have high expectations

De verouderde kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. De zwembaden waren prima, maar hadden wel erg koud water. Het ontbijt en lunch waren basic en okay, maar erg weinig afwisseling. Het avondeten was gewoon matig tot slecht. Ook hier weer weinig afwisseling en keuze. De laatste avonden zijn we maar uit eten gegaan. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel achter dit hotel had af en toe een feestavond waar we uitgebreid van konden meegenieten terwijl we in bed lagen, aangezien onze slaapkamer aan de achterkant zat. De kamers zijn sowieso erg gehorig.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber.

Wir waren in dem Nebengebäude, in dem die Suiten sind. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon aufs Meer. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Sauberkeit hier und da verbesserungswürdig. Essen sehr schmackhaft. Genug Auswahl, auch genug gesunde Angebote. Es gibt immer Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch. Animationsteam war hervorragend für die Kids. Minidisco und Musicals waren top! Für uns ist nur leider klar: kein All Inclusive Urlaub mehr, da einfach zu viel Menschen gleichzeitig „abgefertigt“ werden müssen. Wer Privatsphäre und Exklusivität sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand vor dem Hotel hat leider sehr viel Seegras. Liegen am Strand kosten 10 € pro Tag. Für Familien mit Kids durchaus zu empfehlen, da unkompliziert und Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Everything was good , the rooms , the housekeeping, the maids . The thing that lets it all down are the staff in the kitchen , the food every lunchtime was cold even fresh food they brought out was cold , in the end we stopped going for food .

Lovely views, lovely reception. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived and very basic.but it was fine for what we needed. would have liked a mirror other than the bathroom. Staff very friendly and pool area nice but small!

Schön gelegen am Strand und Nähe Cala Nova. Das Hotel bietet eine Courtesy Shower am Abreisetag an, was bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt sehr praktisch war. Ansonsten ist das Haus leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Zudem hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, so dass man das Nebenzimmer komplett hören konnte. Das hätte bei der Buchung erwähnt werden sollen.

The accommodation is lovely but if you do half board the food is cold we had 10 nights 1/2 board and only had 2 meals need to really improve the food being hot not just warm very dissatisfied with the food sadly because the hotel and facilities are good but never mind
