We book a family quadrupled room, we are a family of 4 with 2 boys (13 and 15). Our sons are tall and we book this room specially because it had 4 individual beds and we wanted to be together and comfortable. To my surprise when we got there the guy at the front desk told us we had two double rooms, which we didnt book that. They said they had connecting door (which it didnt had) and we were going to be more comfortable. The rooms were not connected, the double bed was tiny and the bathroom was smaller than our cruise bathroom. When we requested the room we booked he told us that his collegue make that change because he thought it will be better that way. Leaving our children alone in one room with TINY bed. They didnt consult us and said our room was already occupied that maybe the next day we can change, that never happen. No apologies for the mistake, nothing. They just decided what was better for us without even asking. If we booked a quadrupled room was for a reason and they decided what was better for us leaving us uncomfortable, not together and in tiny rooms. Not staying here again.
The location and breakfast was good.
