전체 평가 및 리뷰 Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel

방 위치는 별로였으나 호텔 앞에 비치가 바로 있어서 매우 좋았음ㅎ 가격도 저렴하고 조식도 매우 훌륭함. 다음 여행시에도 묵을예정ㅎㅎ

위치는 최고! 더불어 뷔페도 훌륭함. 방은 뷰는 좋으나 다소 작고 낡은 느낌임.

건물은 노후되었고 룸은 사생활이 지켜지지 않을정도로 복도나 발코니에서 룸 내부가 들여다 보이며 룸 및 화장실 청결도도 많이 부족했다. 룸 및 화장실에 작은 벌레도 있어 매우 불쾌했으며 하루살이들도 룸에 많은것으로 판단할때 전혀 방역을 하지 않는것 같았다. 가성비가 매우 낮다고 판단되어 추천 하고 싶지 않다.

단점 1.샤워부스의 타일에 곰팡이 있음 2.객실에 모기 등 벌레 있음 3.레스토랑의 서비스 미흡(뷔페식 식사도중에 자리를 비우니, 커피잔 치워버림) 4.객실의 서비스 미흡(Do not disturb 사인이 없어서, 하우스키핑 수시로 방문) 5.잦은 정전(에어컨 및 조명 불편) 6.풀사이드바 공사가 계속되었음(소음/먼지/냄새로 수영장 이용이 불편함) 장점 1.합리적 가격 2.환상적 위치(보발롱 해변 바로 앞, 공항과 가까움)

해변이 직접 붙어있고, 룸키가 고무재질의 손목시계 타입의 밴드라서 호텔룸에 모든 소지품을 두고 캐쥬얼하게 비치에 다녀올 수 잇었슴

보발롱 해변에 있어 해수욕을 즐기기에 최적이며 근처 슈퍼마켓과 약국이 가까워 편리함. 단 호텔 Refresh서비스는 다소 부족하여 수건, 물등 거의 매일 전화해서 요청함. 관광상품을 안내해주는 Leo라는 중국인 직원이 특히 친절하여 도움을 많이 받음

room was neat and clean. beach near hotel was great and can do excursion such as snorkeling and fishing. pool was a bit small but restaurant was big and can taste sushi.

pretty good hotel. The room was clean and remodeled. There was a beach in front of hotel. From airport to hotel, it took about 20minutes by taxi, the taxi fare is 50~60 USD.

We booked an ocean view room. Our view was a cement wall 6 feet from our balcony. Location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great property, service & location. Conveniently located on a beautiful beach with many restaurants and shops. Room was beautiful, modern and comfortable, and had everything you may need during your stay.

We stayed here for ten days in April 25 and had a great time. It is very convenient for the beach at Beau Vallon and you can go out and have a walk around the area as everything is nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das in Teilen renoviert wird, so dass sich hier wahrscheinlich einiges in der Zukunft ändern wird. Wer es eher ruhig und beschaulich mag, geht nicht in die Beau Vallon Bay, am Strand sind einige Hunde unterwegs und nachts war Party. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, als Spungbrett für die Rückreise. Von daher gerade so ok. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt jetzt noch nicht, vielleicht eher nach der Renovierung

The best hotel in Beau Vallon. Excellent and friendly staff. Perfect location. Everything worked smoothly. Special thanks for hotel manager for complimentary services! Safe place to be. Second time for us at this same hotel. We'll come back soon.

Nice place, will be greater when they will finish the renovation. I had a renovated room and it was very confirable. A lot of restaurant around and 3 in the hotel.

Fantastiskt!! Mitt på stranden. Trevlig personal. Fantastisk frukost. Rekommenderar deras indiska restaurang. Beau vallon har också en fantastisk strand. Bott på hotellet 2 ggr och alltid över förväntan ☺️

Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. In fact, there were no twin rooms available at all. As a result, we were given a partial ocean view room with one bed, and a movable bed was added to the already tight space, which made the room feel quite cramped. That said, the staff at the hotel were genuinely attentive and did their best to resolve the situation. Chamara, the hotel manager, offered us complimentary breakfast for most of our stay as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, Sakura, who was at the front desk, was particularly helpful and understanding. She listened to our concerns and helped coordinate our room move. On the last day of our trip, we were finally moved to an oceanfront room, albeit a single bedroom, which was a great way to end our stay. While our room situation was less than ideal, the service provided by the staff made a significant difference, and we are grateful for their efforts. If you are planning to stay here during the renovation period, just be aware that room availability may not be as expected.
