It was reasonable price and awesome location

satisfactory staying in this hotel.My family including my children felt cozy and nice during our stay in this hotel. Clean room and kind service!

Location

Easy check-in, convenient to downtown area. Off the main drag, right next to Clay Copper theater. Room was nice, clean, no dirty floors. Definitely will s stay here again.

Needs renovationing; poor lighting in rooms

Liked everything except no gravy for breakfast

This hotel is great! The staff are so friendly! The person doing the breakfast buffet is an absolute blessing! He is full of light and love! We will be back!

Floor around toilet almost 2 inches up heave needs fixed, the whole room felt like it was sloped downwards and sounded like Boards were going to crack room 216 but real clean

Mixed communication with staff over early checkout charge. Noisier than ever and we have stayed there many times. Always when we go to Branson we stay at Fairfield Inn. Due to staff telling us we wouldn't be charged for early checkout but then charging us a one night penalty and the noise this year we will be changing our plans for a different hotel this fall!

Very nice, front desk attendant was very nice and made our stay excellent.

Rooms are small. The bed was comfortable. We slept well because we were tired. However, there was a lot of noise, the elevator shared a wall, the ice machine was across the hall and the room faced the street, so there was also street noise.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. My room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was clean . I definitely will be coming back .

Happy to report a good stay The only demerit I would give is no gravy at the breakfast

I took a minute to get service. The front desk clerk was friendly but over worked. There was puke all in the floor in front of the elevator when we were there to check in. I was unable to get a key made to go to the room unless I became a Marriott rewards member. I had already paid for my room so this was a bit frustrating that I could.not get a key. Once I downloaded the app, created an account, I had to check in through the app. Once I did all all above, the clerk was able to make me a key. When my family got into our room, the bath tub has some type of cleaner caked on and none of the trash cans had liners. All in all it was not horrible but I would not stay here again.
