It's outdated. However, the bed was comfortable.

This motel was clean and quiet and we got some rest. The beds were rock hard tho and the air conditioning was a bit intermittent and ended up quitting the morning of our departure, at least it lasted that long. The meal coupons were nice as there was no food offered at this facility. We had a nice, discounted evening meal within walking distance, the breakfast coupon was no special deal, it didn't discount anything and we paid the restaurants advertised price for our meals, so nothing was complimentary. Motels are grossly overpriced in this area and we're on a budget so we got what we paid for, the end surprise was the charge for parking that added up to the same price as the two next door and better facilities, so they stole extra money from us anyway to get what the other guys were charging. Kind of a shady business practice if you ask me. It was ok and within walking distance of the falls activities and sites.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. The hotel was not clean, and the overall condition of the property was much worse than we expected. The lobby looked very old and poorly maintained, and the furniture was old and dirty. The hotel only had one elevator, and it stopped working during our stay, which was extremely inconvenient. Another thing we found very unpleasant was that the sink was located outside the bathroom, which was not practical or comfortable at all. Considering the amount of money we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations in any way. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others

Nous ne sommes plus allés au petit déjeuner le 2eme jour car salle toute petite non appropriée, on y peut rester que 20 mn juste le temps de faire la queue pour se servir et manger très vite donc ça ne donne pas envie d’y aller… La chambre nécessite d’être rénovée, c’est trop vieux, les photos sont vraiment trompeuses. Le canapé lit etait à moitié cassé et inconfortable (vieux matelas très fin et on sent le ressort). Par contre bon emplacement.

Sûrement victime de leur succès, il y avait de longues lignes d’attentes pour le déjeuner les 2 matins où nous y étions. Les chambres étaient très propres, ce n’était pas notre premier séjour dans cet établissement et nous y retournerons sûrement. S.L.

Hotel propre et personnel agréable. Les heures du déjeuner sont trop concentrées ce qui fait qu'il y a une file pour entrer dans la minuscule salle à manger. Il manque de fruits au buffet.

Rooms were good. No safe in the room. Had to pay for parking onsite (did not see that posted when booking). Trued to get into breakfast but the lines were too long and the seating was very small and crowded.

Room was fine , but they have one elevator for the entire 200 hundred plus rooms. Good luck getting breakfast the line was half way down the hall from the little breakfast room.

We only stayed one night as a stopover on our trip so we didn’t have much use for many amenities. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location is convenient and walkable to many sites.

It was a very cramped room for a family of 4. The outdoor pool and indoor pool were great. This hotel is close to the Falls and Clifton hills.

Would not go here again. This place needs a good cleaning. Shower walls need a good scrubbing. Looks like mold, could be dirt. Same for the pool. Needs repair work and a good scrubbing. Just because it’s filled with chlorine doesn’t mean it’s clean. Won’t go back here again.
