They should not be operating while renovation. Tha elevator did not work and bathroom was awful.

My WORST hotel ever! The staff was super rude and just wanna rip us off. They gave us breakfast coupon and later they force us to pay, and also city tax. Wifi is not also free, and they said they have free parking space but only 3~4 cars are allowed so they said all booked and no more parking space. So just think there is no parking space at all! And they speak terrible english and gave us wrong informations all the time. And we found small cockroach at our room. Hot water was not working, only some warm ones. And you can listen all the noises from next door guests and even airplane outside. We even didnt like Risbon because of this hotel. Dont stay here!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff could be a little more helpful but overall it was a good experience

Never eat breakfast there as to many options close by to try. Had a very tiny cute room. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Staff were amazing and friendly, lots of transportation options close by. My room was quiet and clean walls need to be repainted, but over all I was very pleased and would definitely recommend as a solo traveler that is in Lisbon to tour around and is not planing to sit in room all day. Front desk people are very nice, helpful and willing to help out with getting you around the city and feeling conftrable. Very affordable and shower pressure is awesome!

L'hôtel est en rénovation et les chambres présentées sur l'annonce sont celle qui sont refaites et à l'arrivée vous avez la surprise d'entrer dans une chambre rustique ou le carrelage de la salle de bain se décolle, les joints moisis et les plinthes meubles et portes gonflés par l'humidité. Le séjour s'est bien passé, les zones communes sont très propres et le personnel agréable

Everything is great

L hôtel est situé près d'une station de métro. 3 stations , et vous êtes au centre ville. La chambre est confortable et propre.

Clean and presentable communal areas and clean room- this hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport stations and stops. Would stay here again.

The bathroom is not cleaned. Room is small.

Hotel is in a good location and staff were very friendly. However the room we had was dated and shabby, though there was evidence of some rooms being renovated. The main problem was the noise. There appears to be no noise insulation and you could here everything that was going on in adjoining rooms. Being woken up at 3 am by copulating couples is not what you want when you need to get up early for a train.
