They should not be operating while renovation. Tha elevator did not work and bathroom was awful.

My WORST hotel ever! The staff was super rude and just wanna rip us off. They gave us breakfast coupon and later they force us to pay, and also city tax. Wifi is not also free, and they said they have free parking space but only 3~4 cars are allowed so they said all booked and no more parking space. So just think there is no parking space at all! And they speak terrible english and gave us wrong informations all the time. And we found small cockroach at our room. Hot water was not working, only some warm ones. And you can listen all the noises from next door guests and even airplane outside. We even didnt like Risbon because of this hotel. Dont stay here!!

It’s a very decent place to stay. It’s location it’s key to move around, it’s quiet, room was clean. Overall my experience was good. Breakfast is pretty basic however you get enough variety to be satisfied.

Os dois quartos que reservamos o ar condicionado nao funcionava. Os funcionários foram avisados ainda de manhã. E quando chegamos a noite pra dormir não estava resolvido. Tivemos uma pessima noite sem ar condicionado no verão português. Além disso os telefones dos dois quartos também não funcionavam

Um bom hotel para quem quer ter um bom custo-benefício.

The air conditioning was not very good

Da sicherlich größte Plus ist die hervorragende Lage. Einserseits zentral in der Nähe des Praca Marques des Pombal. Andererseits zumindest etwas ruhiger gegenüber des Parks und zumindest soweit in einer Nebenstraße, dass man den Verkehrslärm mit etwas Abstand wahrnimmt. Frühstück war auch wirklich gut mit viel frischem Gebäck, Obst und Rührei. Unser Zimmeer allerdings war ziemlich schlecht. Da gabe es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden, die Türen und Wände sahen entsprechend verquollen aus. Dadurch etwas muffig, aber kein Schimmelgeruch. Und die Klimaanlage war schlecht, was in Kombination mit dem nur zu kippenden Fenster und 30 Grad unangenehm war.

O hotel tem uma localização interessante. Mas, só há um elevador antigo e lento. Os quartos são muito pequenos e os banheiros ainda menores. O que divide o banheiro do quarto são portas de vidro de correr, as quais não asseguram privacidade. O banheiro ocupa literalmente uma parte do próprio quarto, apenas segregado por vidros ou gesso de finíssima espessura. Foi a minha pior experiência de hospedagem em Portugal em mais de 10 anos. O café é limitado. O espaço para o café é tb desajeitado. Enfim, não foi uma boa experiência.

Bem localizado. Funcionários prestativos. Guardaram nossas bagagens até o horário do check-in sem taxas. Hotel com ótimo custo benefício.

Our room had a refrigerator that was not working well and when I mentioned it to the staff they said there are no extra ones Our shower backed up every time we used it. Mentioned it to the staff and we were left extra towels to assist with us cleaning it up. Breakfast was amazing and well ran. The food was delicious and it was a spacious dining area. Very well situated hotel which made it easy to get around. Staff were very polite and helped whenever they could.

The room and bathroom looked new and clean

My room 107 had a water leak in the ceiling. Forgot to mention on check out.
