객실내 슬리퍼와 샤워가운이 준비되어있지 않고, 칫솔 치약또한 없음.. 바디로션과 샴푸만 종류별로 준비된..?

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is absolutely one of the unique points of this hotel. However, the room was too cold to sleep and internet service is too bad. I couldn't check my email even paid for high speed internet. Don't expect to this hotel. Just focus on the location.

원래 위치보고 찾은 호텔이라 관광을 위한 위치로는 매우 좋았고, 위생상태나 관리상태는 훌륭했다. 슬리퍼나 목욕가운을 요구하니 다음날 준비해준것이 흠이라면 흠이다. 물가가 비싼 런던임을 고려하면 강성비가 나쁘지 않다.

I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room in that hotel was no longer available and they had moved me next door. The next door hotel was a downgrade from the original and the furniture and fittings in the room were very tatty with stains on the sofas, toilet although clean was very tatty

Very convient location and close to tube station (10 min walk). Room very nice and comfortable beds.

Das badezimmer mit der (zu) hohen badewanne ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Quiet, clean, well situated

Poor, broken and missing facilities when we were there. Apparently fixed now but doesn't help my one night stay

Check in was fine. Staff friendly. Room was tiny and bathroom was old and very tired. Could only just get in the shower as the bathroom was very small. TV didn’t work the whole weekend. A run down hotel in an ok location. Shame to review like this as the staff were lovely.

We had a very small room that was not ideal for two people, otherwise this is a great hotel - convenient to walk to Holborn, Soho and for getting to Heathrow airport. Would stay here again but ask for a larger room

Definitely not 4* noisy. Draughty windows. Really run down. Good location though. Needs updating

My regular hotel, the Morgan, was booked, so I tried this one since it’s in the same area. It was just fine, and I’ll stay there again if the Morgan isn’t available.

Unfortunately , the water in shower was very low power. ;( we couldn't take a good shower while we stayed there. The the flush for bathroom was extremely bad . Had to flushed 5/6 times ti ensure nothing left there :( The staff were friendly and location was walking distance to almost everything.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel sin duda es la situación que esta caminando a 15 minutos de lugares de interes. El personal pese a no hablar mi idioma(español) te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. El servicio de limpieza pasa todos los dias. Algo que se echa de menos en las habitaciones es una nevera y secador de pelo que no tiene. La calefaccion funciona perfectamente hace calor. El colchón es durito pero para mi gusto perfecto. Es bastante silencioso y tranquilo, igual que la zona.Nos tocó vistas a un jardin en el cual pudimos ver ardillitas y 2 zorros.En cuanto al desayuno hay flojea un poco ya que es un poco escaso en variedad, y si quieres tomar desayuno caliente( ingles) te cobran 5GBP por persona y dia extras. No tienen ningún tipo de cacao solo café y 5 variedad de tés. Si no eres muy exigente puede valer para pasar 4 dias. Yo volvería por la situación y tranquilidad del hotel.
