친절하고 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 특히 음식 최고

튀니지 직원과 함께 휴가를 갔는데 추가비용 청구가 지나치게 많아서 불만이 많았습니다. 처음에는 아내동반 230TND , 또 추후에 아들(4살) 비용 100 TND를 청구해서, 230 TND는 제가 결재를 했고, 아들의 추가 비용은 튀니지 직원이 지불을 했는데.. 애초에 체크인 할때 얘기를 했으면 취소를 하거나 했을텐데 체크인 후에 비용 청구라~~ 이건 좀 아니다 싶습니다.

All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back.

J’ai passé un agréable séjours dans cet hôtel calme et propre ; grace a toute l’équipe de réception qui me parait le point fort de l’hôtel . Jeté assistés le long de mon séjours comme un prince : (très belle chambre calme avec belle vue sur mère ) Un grand Merci pour Anas Rabeb ainsi que les 2 autres sympathiques jeunes filles .

Not bad hotel

Please Attention... I had booked an all-inclusive package (the only one available in this app) but upon arrival, I was informed that only breakfast was included. They explained it was a mistake in the Expedia app and when we called the support they said that we should've checked their website because it's indeed an error in the app. Unfortunately, NO refund was provided. It turned out to be quite an unexpected and frustrating situation.... THE WORST BOOKING WE DID THROUGH THIS APP !!

Séjour en famille, super staff et service durant notre séjour.

Dirty and chaotic hotel. You cannot sleep. The sound of singing until two o'clock in the morning. I also asked them to open the safety deposit box in the rooms. They did not open it for me. After repeating the request, I could not save my money. I could not go down to the sea. The bathroom is full of water when you use it. Also, the restaurant is a very crowded mess. Outside the hotel, frankly, a very bad experience

Premier jour : pas de chambre disponible j'ai jamais vu cela. Pour avoir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la mer alors qu'on a payé plus pour avoir cette vue.

Hôtel à hammamet sud situé directement sur la plage pas loin du médina pour le personnel ils sont excellent et actif surtout ceux du buffet ,les chambres sont grandes avec une belle et grande piscine

Belle établissement. La plage est superbe. Chambre vue mer très confortable. Buffet extra. Emplacement facile. Nous reviendrons.

Ce n'est absolument pas un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est vétuste, pas entretenu, manque de propreté, aucun service, de l'attente pour toute demande, pas de téléphone dans une suite, des rideaux déchirés, des chaises tachées et/ou cassées. Les serviettes se toilettes tachées, des peignoirs usés... un hôtel à fuir !!!
