The hotel itself isn't that bad, but the bedding could be better. AC wasn't working properly and looks like you have to be "in the room" to refresh the room. It looks like the electricity was shutting down when no movement are detected to avoid cost which is not fair. Imagine coming back after a long and hot day and having a hot room not refreshed ... Not the best ! The staff are generally friendly, but one of the receptionists provides inaccurate information and is not particularly cooperative. The pool is small, but it's adequate. The water temperature is OK. However, there are not enough umbrellas and sunbeds for all guests. Breakfast is below average, with limited choice and the quality is nothing special. It's adequate if you're not particularly demanding. On the other hand, the staff, and especially the gentleman who manages the breakfast room (I don't remember his name) is outstanding. The bar service, which also handles snacks during the day, is completely overwhelmed and very slow, with rather poor-quality food and service. In the evening, when more staff are on duty, the service returns to a normal standard, but the quality of the food still leaves much to be desired. In conclusion, I am a frequent traveler who regularly travels around the world, and I find this hotel to be average at best. It's not a bad hotel, but it offers nothing particularly special and does not represent great value for the price charged.

Hotellet har en restaurant på stranden, hvor man kan bestille mad og spise. Denne restaurant er imidlertid styret af en arrogant person ved navn Paolo med en meget dårlig forståelse for service. Han ødelagde med hans opførsel en stor del af glæden ved et ellers godt ophold for vores familie på 6 personer.

The hotel is in a good location and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, and we enjoyed lunch at the beach restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. However, we paid extra for a balcony with a side sea view and were disappointed that we were unable to use the balcony because of the building site next door. We mentioned this to the reception staff, but they did not seem particularly interested or concerned. I appreciate that the hotel cannot control nearby building work, and it is unfortunate for them as well. However, given that the hotel is quite large and did not appear to be anywhere near full, it was disappointing that we were allocated a room on that side of the hotel when other rooms may have been available.

Nous adorons cet hôtel pour sa situation et son personnel. Bien que vieillot l’hotel est propre, les prix ont augmenté sans de réelle amélioration. Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix (ils sont compris dans la chambre). La plage en face est très bien. Au final très bon rapport qualité prix

le spa est propre,accès pour 90min,ce n’est pas fréquentable à plus de 4 personnes en même temps.la chambre est propre mais abîmée à certains endroits(carreaux cassés au sol et sur le mur salle de bain),la clim ne fonctionne pas.le personnel est agréable sans plus.La responsable du spa très serviable, agréable et compétente

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location, the front desk reception staff, my room, the spa, breakfast - all excellent!! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to stay again in the future!! BtW - very pet friendly. My dogs loved it too!

L'hôtel et très bien, situé à 10 minutes à pied de la zone piétonne Il est positionné sur la promenade directement sur la mer. Vous devez juste sortir de l'hôtel pour vous retrouver en quelques secondes au bord de la mer L'accueil est agréable et le personnel est là pour faciliter votre arrivée et votre séjour La chambre que nous avions choisie était au 5eme étage, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir les arbres devant la vue mer La vue est impressionnante La chambre est spacieuse, la literie excellente, et le linge de maison, très agréable Dans la salle de bains, tous les produits dont vous avez besoin sont à votre disposition Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffets est très complet, est délicieux Le menu proposé au dîner est très varié, et les plats sont excellents Il y a également un bar pour relaxer À cette période, la plage privée n'est pas ouverte Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour au bord de la mer à Alassio

Bon hôtel, personnel agréable, qui parle français. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien garni. Chambre confortable et spacieuse

hotel gut. service gut. was uns sehr enttäuscht hat der horente preis der liegestühle. fast keine besucher am strand und man bezahlt 50€ für liegestühle. dieses hotel werden wir nicht weitempfehlen. wir hatten zudem nicht das zimmer erhalten dass wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten.

Great location on the beach! We were able to easily walk for dining and shopping and the train station was close to take day trips to other towns.

Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel! Perfect location and beautiful beach. Room was super clean and very spacious. Right opposite the private beach, but you still have to pay to use sunloungers and no concession for staying at the hotel. I paid between €25 for half day fourth row to €60 for first and second row. The hotel is dated but comfortable. A/C worked great till the cleaner opened the window and I couldn’t work out why it had stopped. Bed was very comfy. Staff - some were very helpful, others couldn’t have cared less. Overall a ok stay simply because I could walk over to b

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten definitiv hinter sich. Aber das war mir aufgrund gewisser Bewertungen und auch aufgrund des Preises schon klar. Die „richtigen“ Gran Hotels sind viel teurer, geben aber massiv mehr her (hatte diese aber nur von aussen gesehen). Also halt wie immer „you get what you pay for“. In meinem Zimmer (es kam wohl vom Badezimmer) war echt ein fürchterlicher Geruch. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.
