전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn and Suites St Louis at Forest Park

We were staying for a brief night before visiting the St. Louis Zoo. The room was pricey, so I was surprised when we were asked to pay to park in the parking lot. The rooms were not bad, but I didn't feel like they were what we expected for what we paid. The bathroom was very small and you could tell there was wear and tear. The wooden shelves and doors were scratched and chipped. The room itself was very large and we enjoyed that. It was kind of weird to have the table bolted to the floor right under the TV. The couch and chair was large. The closet was nice. The beds were a little small, but comfortable. The staff was polite, respectful and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. They remembered me and helped very quickly. Nice people!. If I need to stay in Missouri again I will glad to do business here because of how friendly and welcoming they were!

Friendly staff and very clean.

Overall rating is low because I was super disappointed in this property. First off, we got into the room and the shower gel was empty. When I called to get some sent upstairs, the lady responded with “I’m the only one working here so you will have to come downstairs and take it”. Next, no room service for us the limited time we were there. Meaning I had to go downstairs to ask for garbage bags and clean my own garbage because no one did it for us that entire day. Lastly, for breakfast… such limited options. We have dietary restrictions and on the first day we were there, no meat free eggs. The sign didn’t even say what was in the eggs so I accidentally ate eggs with ham in it. There was only one person in the kitchen and she was running around yelling at people to move out of her way (by saying excuse me and thank you extremely aggressively). Overall super disappointed. Also no microwaves in the rooms.

It was perfect place to stay for the night!

the weekend we stayed there, there was an event. lots of noisy teenagers. but the staff have done a wonderful job to make sure other guests have a quiet time. I really appreciate their hard work. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there again. Plus, it is so close to the zoo

It was pretty standard Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and had nice amenities. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast has some different options each day which was nice. My only wish was that the coffee cups were bigger!

Charge for parking not right after spending 400.00 on a room.

Enjoyed our stay. But the pull out couch bed was not so comfortable...only complaint.
