Camera pulita e spaziosa

Room was a bit poky but very clean. Had an outdoor terrace off our room. Was lovely. Staff exceptionally helpful

The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The main problem was the air conditioner was as good as none. Had a room change , same thing. The room temperature never got below 27. Too warm for me to sleep. Another problem was the photos in Expedia were deceiving. It looked a lot bigger than it really was.

Good breakfast - the rest was below expectations. The outdoor/pool area was beyond horrific - not maintained at all, and nothing like it is represented by their photos. Basic rooms are actually Compact rooms, meaning very small - the area around the hotel is also quite far away from most of the restaurants and center of Forte. By far, the lowest quality 4-star hotel we've stayed at.

The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. There aren't any taxis in this town so if you plan to go anywhere outside of a bike ride you should note (including to and from train stations).

Abbiamo prenotato una camera basic per due persone e ci siamo ritrovati con una "smart" . nella vita mai trovata una camera così piccola , penso sia stato inizialmente un ripostiglio da cui poi è stata ricavata una "camera". Ho fatto presente alla struttura e ci è stato risposto che "pero' ci sta il balconcino".....dunque, a meno che voi non siate delle Giuliette ed attendiate il vostro Romeo tutto il giorno, che ve ne fate di un balconcino per ore? Un hotel di 4 stello che vende una camera del genere fa soltanto una pessima figura considerando il fatto che nemmeno dovrebbe averla una camera cosi...ma immagino che faccia comodo venderla a chi magari si ferma solo per una o due notti; dico solo che per muoverci dovevamo fare i turni del tipo "passo io e poi passi tu"... Scorretto!!

Hotellet var fint rent allmänt. Relativt nyrenoverat. Det som varannorlunda jämfört med tidigare italienska hotell var en fantastiskt fin frukost.

Personale e staf molto gentili e professionali, una piccola nota negativa sulla pulizia della camera, posizione defilata rispetto al centro ma hotel a pochi passi dal mare e dotato di piscina

It is a nice hotel close to the beach, with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Een heel fijn hotel, degelijke kamer, heel schoon en fantastische ligging. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en een goed ontbijt. Alleen het zwembad viel wat tegen.

Il personale è stato molto gentile ed accogliente. Mia figlia era con delle sue amiche in questa struttura per una breve vacanza in occasione del suo compleanno e la direzione le ha riservato anche una piacevole sorpresa. Il giorno della partenza, in cui le ragazze hanno dovuto lasciare la camera, l'hotel ha comunque messo a disposizione per tutta la giornata la piscina e la doccia annessa, così hanno potuto godere il soggiorno fino all'ultimo minuto

Camere molto piccole! Non si riesce a girarci intorno. Andato appena dopo lockdown.

Hotel bello, servizi e personale ottimi anche se le camere std sono veramente piccole. Purtroppo è lontano dal centro di Forte dei Marmi.

Wonderful friendly service from all members of staff. Easy check in. 5 minutes from beach, with good recommendations for best beaches. Limited restaurant optuons in the immediate vacinity. Need to book early for the couple of beach restaurants near by. Only fault is that the basic rooms are extremely small.

Sehr kleines Bad. Frühstücksraum wirkt sehr kalt. Garden beim Frühstückstraum könnte Pflege vertragen.

l'hotel ed i servizi non sono male, cio' che assolutamente non va e' il costo rispetto a cio' che offre. Ho soggiornato il 14 e 15 Agosto pagando circa €. 500 a notte per una camera "confort" che ne vale si e no €.200. Per un prezzo di €.200 direi che l'hotel e' buono per €. 500 pessimo. Grazie.
