방도 넓고 경치도 좋고 깨끗합니다. 다만 음식에서 조금 부족합니다만 주변 경관이 좋습니다

여행의 즐거움을 더해 준 호텔의 친절하고 열정적이고 적극적인 서비스에 대단히 만족 함 호텔 직원들 모두 영어로 의사 소통 함에 문제가 전혀 없었고, 호텔의 위치도 편리 함은 물론 view도 훌륭하였고 룸서비스도 좋아 잊지 못할 여행이 되었음에 호텔 측에 감사 함.

War wie immer alles perfekt. Service, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit. Alles best Noten. Was ich persönlich nicht so gut finde, Hunde pro Tag 70€. Betrifft jetzt natürlich nur Hundebesitzer. Aber der abgesperrte Hindebereich gleicht einer Müllhalde. Könnte Mann besser machen.

Every time a pleasure for us in this hotel

Our stay at Hotel Ambasador was overall just OK. Upon arrival, we used the hotel’s parking (€26/day). A friendly staff member parked our car, which seemed professional—until I later found the car unlocked after four days. At check-in (3 PM), we headed to the beach area, only to find all loungers “reserved” with towels but not a single person present. In the following days, we realized guests wake up early just to claim sunbeds, then leave for hours. Signs say towels will be removed after 30 mins, but staff didn’t enforce it. When we asked, they simply advised us to “do the same.” Locals and non-guests climb over the fence from the walking path and use both the pool and beach loungers. When we told the front desk, they laughed and said “it’s like that every year.” Breakfast was okay, but overcrowded and felt more like an all-inclusive buffet. The spa was worn, and swimwear is not allowed, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming as a woman. We checked out a day early. The hotel felt massive, impersonal, and far from the 5-star service we expected. I won’t return — but if you’re looking for a free beach day, apparently all you need to do is jump the fence.

Loved our stay in Opatjia. Marina and Sara were amazing at the concierge desk.

Food and drink is overpriced. Buffet dinner is expensive for what it is €40 per person. €7 for an iced coffee. Lovely hotel otherwise, pool is well maintained. Easy access to lungomare walk.

Awesome hotel in perfect location, with real 5 star service. We were very happy!!

Food was very good and people at the front desk helpful. I didn't like the fact that the parking was charged additionally (either on the street or in the garage); it should be a part of the hotel price.

Der Speisesaal könnte etwas attraktiver gestaltet werden. Alles andere ist TOP.
