really lovely hotel and accommodated all my requests

Très bon hôtel avec vue magnifique et très propre. Point négatif : impossible de rejoindre rapidement le centre-ville à pied + le service est très lent : longue attente pour le check-in + 25 min d'attente pour mon dessert au restaurant....

General maintenance is needed in the room and other amenities. The main building looks old.

Alles okay bis auf zwei Dinge: 1) Das Check-in Dauer sehr lange, weil alle Personalien aufgenommen werden mussten, obwohl wir bei Expedia umfassend registriert sind. 2) Im Zimmer leuchtet alle 10 Sekunden ein Blitzlicht auf (Brandmelder?), welches in der Nacht beim Schlafen stört.

Lamentablemente, tuvimos una experiencia desagradable, cuando retornamos al Hotel el sábado a las 02AM tenían cerrados los Accesos, (portón), esperando casi 40 minutos para que nos abrieran , mas de 15 llamados sin contestar y mi sobrina que se sentía mal de salud, ni siquiera un timbre en la portería, desastroso, lo demás ningún problema, Realizo esta sugercia para que puedan tomar en cuenta.

We had a late night checkin and early departure, but the room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety. Staff was nice and parking was secure & close.

Todo bien pero, el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente y en la noche pleno verano es terrible 😞 no entiendo como un hotel de 4 🌟 tiene equipos de a/c tan antiguos … arruinó el paseo

I liked the pool the food and the people always trying to help in this hotel. The view was spectacular.

Ya estadia fue bastante confortable. El unico detalle es que no me Permitieron pagar directamente en dólares.

Estadía agradable , solo un poco de demora en check in por protocolo COVID , piscina en funcionamiento

La estadia bastante agradable, si la habitacion con algunos desperfectos como lecto de la tarjeta de ingreso, ducha sin puerta, lo demas super bien.

Sucio mala atencion caro para la calidad del hotel mal cuidado no lo recomendaría a nadie el baño sucio lis muebles sin sacudir no me gusto no volveria por el mismo precio.
