전체적으로 깔끔하긴 하였으나, 칫솔이 없고 아침식사가 그저그랬음. 또 주변에서 새벽까지 파티가 있어 밤에 시끄러웠던 것이 단점.

고급스러운 호텔은 아니나 전반적으로 만족스러운 시간을 보냈음. 바다 조망 방을 썼으며 방이 깔끔하고. 조식부페는 음식 종류는 많지는 않았지만 가볍게 먹기에는 괜찮았음

Eu avisei que não poderia fazer o checking porque a fronteira da Argentina para o Chile estava fechada. E me responderam que não poderiam dar um walcher para outra data e nem tão pouco trocar por algum outro hotel do grupo. Logo perdi minha reserva.

WC y la ducha tapadas en la habitación original.Mal estado de los pasillos en la zona de la habitación con vista a la ciudad. Frente al reclamo, fuí cambiado a una habitación frente al mar de muy buena calidad.

Hotel é bom, as atendentem são super atenciosas. O gerente é que é um grosso, foi grosseiro e mal educado. Fora isso, o resto foi bom, dentro do esperado pra um hotel deste nivel.

Habitacion limpia muy linda y ordenada, pero al igual que la ultima vez que visite este hotel el aireacondicionado no sirve de nada solo hace ruido y la habitacion es muy calurosa

Atención muy mala . Me tocó cambiar la habitación 2 veces por que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no lo pudieron resolver. El parqueadero malo y peligroso ya que el sector esta lleno de indigentes. No me gustó

Restaurant pour le dîner cher et peu qualitatif. Chambres avec vues sur océan mais fenêtres bloquées et sales. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet complet

Very nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and resturant was great. Some road noise but earplugs provided. Booking in on arrival took a very long time.

All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not.

Heel oud hotel al lang niet gerenoveerd. Slechte service. Restaurant ziet er uit als een cafetaria. Dit is geen 4-ster hotel.

Room in need of a refresh.Breakfast mediocre.Staff in breakfast lacking in decent customer service.Basically got what we paid for, can say no more than that, other than it wouldn’t be this hotel I’d look at staying again.

Las condiciones de la ducha deficientes y la cortina de mal olor. Mucho ruido exterior en la habitación.
