룸 컨디션 좋았음 냉난방 잘 되고 화장실 깨끗하고 넓었음. 다만 화장실이 좀 추웠고 헤어드라이기 상태가 안 좋았음. 침대와 베개는 괜찮았음. 위치도 좋음.

Good location, large enough room for London, value for money! Well renovated! Since its concept is contactless, there’s not much of human services that can be found and the provided info is somewhat vague so that we need to talk to the ai chat first which will be redirected to a person, in a while. Minus factors: - no cleaning for a week, though the toilet started smelling on my 2nd day (meaning the previous cleaning wasn’t dine properly?) and also found dried food remains on the table. - facility maintenance: blinder string needs fixing stuck at some point and cannot be opened -shower curtain: doesnot reach the floor and easily flood! Urrrgh!

What a perfect location to travel the city of London. No refrigerator, weekly basis cleaning policy, but excellent space, communication and effective way of stay. Thank you.

For the price, this central location was great. A couple of tube stops within 5 minutes walking distance. It was a HOT weekend, so the air con in the room was much appreciated and so was the mini fridge.

Great location right near British Museum, and Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations. Hotel was clean, room small but functional. Staff very responsive via WhatsApp. Unique in that you check yourself in online and enter via pin-code. We had no issues. Very nice bakery next door - get 30% discount as Numa hotel guest.

Nice & cute hotel . Convenient location.

Nice place but there is no one on site to ask questions to. Bath tub/shower was difficult to step into. No instruction on how to control the shower water and the AC did not adjust when it changed the temperature. The bath tub showed signs of soap scum that is hard to remove but should have been scrubbed clean. The location was great with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and USB charge ports at bedside.

I'm going to start off with my complaint, then go to my compliments. Complaint -- We had room 202 with a bathtub/shower combo. The bathtub is one of those elevated ones that sit about 4-5 inches above floor height. The floor of the bathtub was very slippery and there was no anti-slip mat/coating. And there was no grab bar or anything to grab onto when exiting the shower/tub except the thin glass plate on the side of the tub used to keep the water from splashing around the room. Compliments -- The hotel was in a perfect location for us. It's a 5 minute or so walk from the Tottenham Court Underground. It's a short distance from the British Museum. There are cafes and stores within a few minute walk. The place was extremely clean, the lobby, staircase, and room. Surfaces without dust, nothing on the carpet -- really nice. The hotel is quiet. It seems all the noise, inside and out ends at about 10:00 pm. Ammenities -- They have a Nespresso machine in the lobby and rooms with capsules provided. There's a discount for food and coffee purchased at the bakery next door. They have ONSITE, FREE, luggage storage which makes all the difference when you arrive hours before your room is ready or you are leaving hours after checkout. It was really perfect for us with the one exception of exiting the shower. We will stay here again

Everything was wonderful!

We stayed at the Numa for seven nights in a medium room, which is probably a longer stay for this hotel. I am The pros: The hotel offers room servicing every seven days and we should have organized a special service half way through our stay - the towels and bathroom were pretty grubby by the end.

Super Lage und einfaches Self-Checkin und Checkout. Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein aber ok. Unkompliziert alles und entsprechend zu empfehlen!

Clean, modern convenient location. Completely staff-free, so no access to maintenance or house keeping.
