The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but variety might need improvement. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

It was better than I expected. Fairly low cost for the area, decent breakfast included. Only issue came on the second morning where our door started to refuse locking when we attempted to step out. Staff was definitely aware of such issues and promptly relocated to a different room.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous prenons la chaîne Clarion Pointe (Charlevoix et Québec) et les deux fois furent juste parfaite! C'est propre, c'est tranquille et le buffet déjeuner est excellent!

Nice and clean

I found the hotel condition in great shape! I also found the people at the front desk to be very helpful. I will say (and this is not the staff’s issue) that the wood construction of the building makes it very noisy. Even though I was on the second floor, two ladies talking on the sidewalk sounded like they were in my room. The other thing to know is that there is no elevator so people with mobility/physical issues might have constraints.

Was in town for a basketball tournament. Hotel was located close to everything and was easily accessible.
