La habitación se cae a trozos . Plegaron el colchón se hundía . No teníamos la cama hecha . La puerta no se habría . La luz hacía intermitentes

Hôtel vieux pour un 4 étoiles pas d eau le soir pour se doucher et quand vous appelez la réception on vous dit d attendre que c'est dans tout l hôtel, pas de rideaux occultant oublier le repos Bar chère et restaurant nourriture moyenne et obligé de manger dedans en plein été

We like the place, good access to many place around. The facility is quite big, there are many steps and Unfortunately no ramp for luggage transportation. I think is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Appatment is not clean, no soap, no champo, no service, the soil is very dirty... we are 3 person and we got one double bed and one Folding bed which unfortunately not comfortable and so small. The swimmingpool is very dirty and the visibility underwater is very bad (sand, stones and objects) The staff speaks mainly only italian, is diffucult to communicate in other languages. In general, Equipment, staff and services in need of improvement.

Superbe hôtel, propre, très bien équipé, literie formidable, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Très bon restaurant accessible à pieds avec ristourne de 10%, grâce à notre hôtel. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

We like the location easy access to many places around . Dirty areas out and inside the apartment. The swimming pool is not clean . There are not any amenities ( not soap or shampoo not toilet paper ) There is no ramps or elevators to go to the apartment to carry the luggages It’s no accesible for people with difficult mobility

I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. The property itself is old and could use a facelift, but at least the staff tries their best to keep the place clean and functional. Being from North America we are accustomed to certain comforts and convenience. But this is classic Europe and you have to align your expectations and not act like a bunch of pretentious New Yorkers. Parking is free and there is an onsite laundromat for 5 euros.
