We got the room with no aircon, they said air con is broken and the receptionist said she can not do anything about it. Really really bad service, I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Their service and how the way they handle the problem is really really really really bad. 4 stars hotel give us this fan for helping with the aircon.
