최고의 위치. 구시가 내에 위치한 호텔로서는 최고. 리셉션 직원 친절, 다른 크로아티아 호텔과 마찬가지로 비데, 치약/칫솔, 면도기, 빗 없음. 무료 생수 서비스로 제공. 레스토랑 맛 훌륭, 아침은 주문받는 형식(A la carta). 고풍스럽고 품격있으나, 방문 손잡이 부실(약간 망가짐), 조명 하나 깜빡거림. 화장실 수압 좋고 어메니티 불가리로 좋으나, 변기가 편하지 않고 욕조 들어가기가 불편함이 있는 다소간의 아쉬움.

pros; location, porter service to the hotel(very nice guy), taste of some breakfast menu cons; overpriced hotel considering room condition and their services such as terrible wifi in the room (useless), bathroom with mold and rotten door, underinformed and uncomfortable breakfast service on my first day (service education needed for the bus boy), several mistakes from the reception that started from the first e-mail with wrong name and wrong dates (never been corrected even by my reply)

Located in the middle of the old city. Pleasant and nice staff. Wonderful experience from the airport to the hotel through the transfer service that hotel provided. We were able to soak in the beautiful scenery in the luxury car. Various kinds on the menu for the breakfast we can chose and waiters were nice.

우리 커플은 유럽여행에 로망이 있었는데요 이번 여행으로 꿈꾸는 듯한 시간을 보내다 왔습니다. 아침에 창문을 열만 구시가가 내려다 보이는 호텔에서 럭셔리한 룸과 조식식당까지 최고였어요. 사실 패키지여행을 하려다 자유여행을 한 것이었는데 부띠끄 유럽에서 추천해준 호텔 모두 기대이상, 최고였습니다

위치며 직원 모두 좋았으나 티비가 위성문제로인해 24시간이상 작동이 되지않았음

호텔이 너무 좋아서 1박 더 했어요. 모든 면이 완벽하고 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 서비스 받을 수 있는 특별한 경험까지!! 너무 좋아요~

Havalandırma sistemi çalışmıyordu ve klima çok aşırı gürültüydü. Havaların soğuk olduğu bir dönemde bu kadar yüksek puan verilmiş bir otelin havalandırmalarının bozuk olması ve bu şekilde müşteri kabul etmeleri kabul edilemez.

It’s a beautiful hotel in the most spectacular old town! Plus, extremely friendly and helpful attention. I really recommend a stay here.

In general, the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bathroom had a lot of different problems and needs be fully reconditioned. The bath/shower was dirty and difficult to use without spraying water everywhere. The room has an alarm or detector that blinks brightly at night and the bulbs for lights over the paintings flicker even when power is turned off requiring a sleeping mask.

It was a wonderful stay, with personalized service. We loved the history of the hotel and the details of the amenities. Breakfast was awesome! Sonja was terrifically helpful, whether it was arranging transportation, offering tips on what to do and where to eat, or just being there to share facts about Dubrovnik! Staying in the walled city in such a luxury boutique hotel was absolutely worth it.

数えくれないほど国内外旅行しているけど、過去最高のおもてなしだった。ロケーションも良く気軽に部屋に戻る事もできる 豪華ではないけれど整っていて、 間違えなく私にとっては最高なホテルでした。

Where do I begin? I had no idea I was booking the most gorgeous room in the most stunning building in a perfect location. Add to that an amazing staff! Shout out to Marin who greeted us at the old city’s gate and insisting on lugging our 4 large pieces to the hotel. Always a smile on his face, sweet, happy, and informative. The whole staff was great but unfortunately I don’t recall their names. I can’t wait to recommend to friends who are planning a trip to Croatia. ❤️

Definitely a case of paying for location. It was twice as much as other smart hotels eg hilton and rixos which are both within an easy walk to the city walls. Having paid over £400 per night for the room we were disappointed to find ourselves in an attic with no windows-just a skylight. Also our heating/air con unit did not work.
