처음 도착해서 가깝다고 찾은 호텔. 조식도 맛있음. 객실 조용함. 비치 되어 있는 커피 잔 상태는 불량.

시설은 깨끗한 편입니다. 하지만 위치가 다른 관광지와는 거리가 살짝 있어요 하지만 걸어다니면서 구경해도 되구요 아님 트램이나 지하철 이용하기에는 가까이에 정류장이 가까워서 괜찮았아요

지하철이랑 가깝고 친절한 호텔 그러나 침구 및 시설들이 낡은 점에서 그 가격 이상의 호텔이라고 보기는 어려움

This is one of the best city boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were all extremely friendly and customer service was exceptional. The room was packed with amenities and was in superb condition. Unparalleled central location in BP, right near the river. I wish I would’ve stayed here longer!

Smaller but clean with every amenity you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. Absolutely lovely

Very accommodating with our reservation. Just wish the room was a bit larger to accommodate two chairs. Love the no-slip shower!

Good choice

Reception was always helpful when i stopped to get info about Budapest. Friendly staff all aroind. Buffet breakfast had many selections and was always good. Room was a bit small, but not much time was spent on it. Centrally located near Danube and pedestrian street.

Lovely property and great staff. The wheelchair accessible room was good but the bathroom was not fit for a wheelchair.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic each day and the hotel was in the perfect location!

Lovely clean rooms and beds comfy. Internal building views but very quiet so we got a great nights sleep. Aircon was quite noisy so we had to turn this off to sleep. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet with good variety of options which was restocked frequently & was included in price. Good location by the river and near to the Grand Market. Gellert spa was across the bridge so could be reached on foot in 10 mins. Easy transport links to everywhere as near tram & bus stops

There's no "charm" at this hotel that calls itself the "Charm" Hotel. A staff with a heart of stone. No empathy for senior citizens (one with cancer and scheduled for two upcoming surgeries) and who had been up for more than 48 hours impacted by airline cancellations AND emailed the cancellation to the hotel more than 16 hours in advance of arrival. Do the right thing. Discontinue the use of "policy" as taught by Dale Carnegie.
