including room condition, i love free minibar in room they offered everyday and freakfast. if you stayed this hotel, you could easily enjoy casino and zoo as well. i thougt here is the unique place you can take picture with holding cute baby koala. we had really lovely time in cairns as our honeymoon thanks to Pullman reef hotel casino

Needs updating. Especially pool area.

Perfect room and location, great friendly staff too. The only downside was the gym, as it was a bit dirty and didn’t have any mats. The sauna had a huge draft coming in too. Honestly though, everything else about our stay was fantastic.

Beautiful big comfortable bedroom. Extremely helpful concierge (both gentlemen we dealt with). Excellent location for trips to barrier reef and good restaurants hereby. Very nice outdoor pool area.

5泊しましたが、タオル、コーヒー、水の補充が十分でなく、ほぼ毎回不満を感じていました。また、15時過ぎに部屋に戻った際、部屋の準備が出来ていない日もあり、不満を感じていました。

Nice rooms very clean and comfortable

Nice hotel and great location however HVAC system in need of an upgrade. When we checked in, all 3 rooms were damp, carpeting, bedding, etc from the humidity. Very musty smell.

Very nice people extremely well located. Close to eateries and boats

This poor hotel. It tries so hard to be luxurious but the condition is SO bad! It’s so outdated that it looks like the last renovation was in the 1980’s. The staff tries so hard and does such a great job trying to compensate for the hotel’s condition. The walls, wallpaper, doors, shutters - just about everything - needs to be torn out and replaced. The bed was comfortable but it’s just such a throwback to the 80’s. As a travel agent, I was shocked at the property condition.
