전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

떠나기 전엔 wage에 closed라고 표시돼있어 몹시 긴장됐었습니다. 전화연결도 잘 되지 않아 다른 숙소를 검색해야 하는 건 아닌가 했는데, 알고보니 3월말까지 renovation을 했었더라구요. 보기에는 일반 주택 같지만 좌우로 길게 펼쳐진 구조에 많은 전문적인 시설들이 있어 전화연결이 쉽지 않았습니다. 도착하고서야 1926년부터 계속된 호텔이라는 걸 알았습니다. 호수를 끼고 있어 방에서 보는 뷰는 이번 여행에서 본 것중에 최고였습니다. 그 풍경을 두고 호텔도 다른 곳으로 눈을 돌리지 않고 눌러 앉았다는 생각이 들었습니다. 막 리노베이션을 마친만큼 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 돼있습니다. 프론트 직원도 친절하구요. 다시 켈로나를 찾는다면 그때도 엘도라도를 택할겁니다.

The Resort Fee was an unplanned expense.

Our room was dirty, bath tub wouldnt drain. Ants crawling in our bed sheets. Terrible experience. Best they could do was take of the extra charges of reservation fee. Never going back!

I have been staying here for years, it would be nice to be recognized for my loyalty.

Fabulous hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location, excellent food and friendly staff.

The property is beautiful Unfortunately the boardwalk was closed There is also a charge for parking 😢

We were in room 214. It was right above the kitchen. Every evening we were woken up from 10:30 to 11:40 by loud staff talking and shouting. Banging of rolling carts and terrible racket. This really put a damper on our trip and stay.

The cleaning staff was extremely loud starting around 8am. It was impossible to sleep with the vacuuming in the hallway. I dont get a chance to sleep in often. Very disappointed.

Excellent location on the lake. Nice outdoor patio with lake view! And view of the hills on the other side of the lake. Staff was very nice. Ben (staff) was very helpful.

What a luxurious and comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The decor is super cute with a vintage vibe, giving the place so much character. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the lake—truly stunning and so peaceful to wake up to each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.

Our room was OK, however it was located directly above the kitchen and the dishwashing area in particular. We certainly did not appreciate listening to staff bashing pots and pans around until midnight. If we are ever offered a room on that floor or in that area we will find another place to stay.
