가격대비 정말 만족스러웠어요 조식포함되 있는데 이 가격이라면! 처음에 제가 길을 잘못들어서 조금 헤멘거 빼곤 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 위치도 역에서 도보 10분 정도였나? 그리 멀지 않았어요

hotel is close from station but be there, must to pass underpass. that's bit troublesome with big luggage. if knew the way to go central, didn't feel that far but 1st time to visit there feel bit far.

호텔 스탠다드 및 가격 대비 만족 했습니다. 특히, 객실 내 침구가 매우 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 체크인 직원이 특별히 친절하진 않았지만 (시내로 가는 방법이나 조식 관련 조금 자세히 설명해주기를 원했지만 설명이 부족ᆢ), 그 외 직원분들은 친절하셨어요. 조식에는 직접 에스프레소 베리에이션으로 카푸치노 등 바로 준비해주는게 맛있었습니다.

Very clean hotel. Wonderful staff and good breakfast.

Som krydstogtsgæst ligger hotellet perfekt lige ved togstationen og ikke langt fra bymidten. Hotellets ansatte var meget imødekommende og venlige, med en veldig god service. Hotellet fremstår dog lidt slidt, men ikke noget som ikke kan accepteres. Morgenmaden er sikkert god for en Italiener, men for personer fra Skandinavien mangler den en del.

Only one of our two rooms had air conditioning. While neither room was very cold, one room was almost 80 degrees F and when this was brought to the staff’s attention we were told it was putting out “some” cold air, so there was nothing they could do about it. Location of this hotel is good, but only stay here in the cooler months.

The desk person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very convenient to the train station.

The staff was great. Breakfast was good but a little limited. Location felt a little distant from the heart of Ravenna but I do enjoy the 10 minute walk.

Air conditioning worked well the bed was comfortable and a great location to the train station.

The airlines lost our luggage. We were in a foreign country for 3 days until we received it. The staff was very helpful and that made the situation easier to handle.

This was a stop off the night before a cruise and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s a short walk via the station to the centre of Ravenna, which is very pretty. There is a great real ale pub within walking distance and literally 5 mins walk from the station. Rooms are on the small side but are clean and have everything you need.

Good to know you can walk through station underpass to get to centre of town easily
