Honestly it couldn’t have been better. Massive food selection, amazing fresh cocktails made to order, amazing friendly cold towel and drinks reception, amazing staff, beautiful views, amazing pools, great entertainment. You. Cannot. Fault. Dreams. Corfu.

It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat.

Sehr schöne Anlage und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Super freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und leckeres Essen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort weshalb es nicht zu voll war und daher sehr angenehm.

Fantastic staff, easy access to a small beach area, no issue with sun loungers around the pools, lots to choose from although unfortunately the pools were very cold this time of year. The family suite had great sized rooms/bathrooms & very comfortable.

Probably the best property I’ve been to ever. All members of staff were extremely polite and welcoming from arrival to departure of the property. Everything was better than advertised and would whole heartedly come back for another stay.

Fabulous hotel. Great staff who work so hard, are friendly and so helpful. Setting and views from hotel are stunning. Excellent food in main and a la carte restaurants. Drinks are all branded and cocktails amazing. Only thing missing for us were tennis courts and water slides but that's just in an ideal world. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Excellent

As frequent travellers, this is one of only two hotels that myself and my partner would definitely return to, as it was so impressive and relaxing. We stayed in the spacious Preferred Club bungalow, with a great sea view and surrounded by cared-for, quiet gardens. There are a range of pools to choose from (the main pool is huge), so you can decide on quiet or lively and a lot of sunbeds everywhere. There is also a private beach for the hotel with steps into the sea (as other reviews have said, this looks more like a lovely lake than the sea). Food was excellent quality, fresh with a huge range available. After dinner, the lobby and bar area become lively, with guests chatting and playing games. The staff were excellent, from the welcome to the restaurants to the evening drinks service. If you choose the Preferred Club, there are perks such as personal check-in, a private lounge with indoor and outdoor seating and a large range of drinks and snacks, and a private pool and sunbathing area. If you want to eat out, Gouvia has a good amount of restaurants and there is a bus route nearby to Corfu Old Town. As this is Greece, the hotel has several well-behaved cats walking among the guests and there are baby ducks roaming the gardens too. The only criticism we had, as per other reviews, is the hotel does have quite a few wasps, so it would be good if they could find a way of managing this. It didn't spoil the stay though.

Lovely view from the property and close to corfu town. Parking available at the properly and the rooms are a decent size. Service is very slow, especially drinks orders and the restaurant near the sea. Waited over an hour for food at both lunch and dinner in the restaurant ( lunch was only 1 course of a pizza….) Housekeeping also needs to be improved

Beautiful beachfront hotel. The view from our bungalow was incredible.

We loved our week-long stay, the kids club staff we're incredible! The food was great (sometimes a little over cooked), the wasps were a bit annoying but overall a dream week!

Firstly we service from all the staff was some of the best at a hotel we have ever had. the room was nicely designed and spacious. a good selection of food from all the restaurants. the gardens for where very nice and mature. The beach cushions where all cream and had stains on them. the watersports were a bit dated for me. could not book the trip on a boat to corfu (just 2 times per week) as it was only a small boat and was always fully booked. thus we had to taxi to corfu witch added a lot of costs. also no airport shuttle available at the hotel. I found the gym equipment to be sticky and not clean but otherwise the gym had most things for a workout. the water was clear at the beach whilst we were staying I think due to the boats. the bar at the beach had some great entertainment but was also a magnet for mosquitos. overall in places the complex looked a bit tired and need of some paint/renovations. Tables needed re-varnishing. patchwork concrete is not a good look. Also the delivery areas and staff smoking areas should not be visible to customers staying at the hotel. we had a good stay and was well looked after by the staff but expected a little more for the star level and price.

Amazing property i will reccomend if you are a family with kids and if you like to stay on the pool area and not on the beach. The beach is not great. Service is excellent and people are very nice and friendly

Noisy

The rooms were pretty quiet and you couldn't hear other rooms or entertainment! only sound was in the morning when people/children were passing the doors. Food was good. We had a great holiday as a mum and three kids (teens).
