Enjoyed the stay!

This was our second time at this property and it's one of our favorites. Make sure to get the All-Inclusive as there are many options as there are 2 sister properties with a trolly between them that share the restaurants. The food is great, only a couple require reservations, and relaxed dress codes. (I hate dress codes on vacation - or any time for that matter!) The service is also top notch! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, great view from room, nice pools, 4 nice Jacuzzis, close to town, had small store on property, was close to a Walmart for larger purchases, and maid service was available when needed. Other vacationers were friendly, and willing to share ideas on things to do to have even a better vacation.

The property was clean and staff was very friendly. Food was good. Biggest downfall they don’t give you map of resort and what is included in stay, we had a free massage but didn’t know found out by accident going into book a massage. Had no idea the amenities that were included.

Good location, combo of regular guests and timeshare guests. $14 cab ride to marina, 20 min walk. Wouldn't walk at night. Good beach and swimming in ocean. Wouldn't do all inclusive if going to be doing activities off property like utv, fishing, whale watching, golfing etc...

It was a bit pricey but it looked nice to I picked it. They called me prior to the visit to sell me excursions but I didn’t trust them. It seemed too pushy. My first impression was that it was a nice place but immediately was being sold a “timeshare opportunity”. I didn’t get a discount card unless I sat through a 90 minute presentation. Big turn off. I didn’t get the discount and was subsequently gouged for food and drinks all week. I had the worst room in the place. Ground floor beside the lobby with a view of a wall. The place seemed empty so I asked to change rooms. Had to go back 3 times before they told me the place was full. This was not true. There was no one there. I overheard at least two other guests arguing with front desk staff over problems. I wouldn’t go back to this place.

Great resort and service Food a little bland

My husband and I had been at the hotel in June. We had a wonderful experience. We decided to bring my son and daughter in law. I have VIP with Expedia and asked for the upgrade ( I did not receive) my son and his wife had a much better view. The first night their room air conditioner was making a very loud noise , after 3 trips in the middle of the night from maintenance , they banged on it and sprayed a lot of WD40. Which made my son throw up from the smell! On top of everything else they never came to clean their room!! We asked about that and they blamed them and said they must have had their Do not disturb.. wooden door ornament on. Which they didn’t even have one for their room!!’ The next day NO one tried to contact us to change rooms. We went to front desk and with a lot of stress and alot arguing and telling them they deserved something they got a 30 min massage. They Never changed their room and it got cleaned once on their last day!! On the other hand the food is very good! The service at the pool is also very good!

People were very friendly and the service was great.

This is a great resort with a very friendly staff. The primary restaurant we used was slow and I thought the food quality at breakfast was average. It is also hard to get small things like a cup of coffee without a long wait.

I love the service and how well maintain is the property and the surrounds.

I’ve stayed at Villa del Arco twice. First time5 star experience. 2nd time, 2 of the 6 days, the water was shut off for multiple hours in the middle of the day for repairs maintenance. One of the days, my niece was getting married on the beach. Otherwise, facility was on point & staff friendly and helpful.

Beautiful. Clean. Delicious food.

Safe. Wonderful one-bedroom suites. Beautiful pools and beachfront. Close to Cabo San Lucas which makes it very convenient for dining out, shopping and clubbing in the township of Cabo.

I loved my stay. I took off 1 star because of the horrible service from El Patron restaurant during the Dallas Mavs game and the next day guests fighting during the one night I decided to stay in my room to rest.
