말이 필요 없는, 인생 최고의 호텔. 다만 가격이 사악함 그 자체.

주변환경도 너무좋고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 수영장 해변 흠잡을데없이 완벽 요가, 훌라댄스 체험도 좋았다

너무 편안하고 안락함

리츠칼튼 중에서도 가장 불친절한곳 같아요 특히 프런트 데스크 직원들이 손님들에게 무례하고 불친절합니다. 한숨을 푹푹 쉬고 전화통화를 하다가 다른직원에게 아무런 얘기없이 돌려버리네요 예약실직원은 다른이와 이름을 착각해 오해를 만들고도 사과한마디 없구요 메일보냈더니 프런트에서 잘 해결되었다고 들었어 라네요 정말 리츠칼튼의 이름이 아까운 곳이에요

한적한 동네에 리조트만 딱 있는 느낌이라 힐링하기 좋은 곳이었습니다.

전반적으로 좋았으나 가격을 생각한다면 가성비가 좋다고 평가하기는 어렵네요. 2층 길쪽방이었는데 아침에 작업하는 소리에 시끄러워서 깨고 안좋은 냄새때문에 하루 아침은 기분이 너무 안좋았어요 수영장 및 기타 시설은 훌륭했는데 바깥에 돌아다니느라 사실 많이 이용을 못했네요

Superb dining at Banyan Tree and breakfasts! Fabulous pools and scenic beach. Well-situated for exploring and near many island tour options.

What an unbelievable property! We even loved relaxing in the lobby!

Amazing!

We splurged for a milestone birthday celebration for my husband. The resort is stunning. There are a lot of kids and families but if you aim for adult only areas before families are up it works out well. Beautiful resort

Excellent service

Beautiful resort! Guest service was outstanding throughout the property and everything was clean and well-maintained. Margie at the front desk went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent stay and even helped us book our next trip. The only thing missing is a full service dining option for dinner. If you want something other than a limited menu/bar service meal (or the luau which occurs two times weekly), you have to leave the resort for dinner.

I booked this trip on a Sunday and left the next day, on a whim, just needing to clear my head. I've never left a resort in tears before, but this last week at the Ritz, solo, was the happiest I've been in a very long time. I met so many great people that reminded me there still are good people in this world. I cannot say a single bad thing about this resort and the surrounding area. I will be back

Beautiful tropical environment exceptionally maintained. Dining options didn't vary much and were overpriced for value. Warm vs. hot dishes, very small portions. Very friendly staff.

You cannot surpass the excellence you receive at the Ritz Carlton. I would name two things that make this hotel excellent: the accommodations and the wonderful staff!
